My stance is that they should have informed their customer so I can make a decision to stay or go elsewhere. If they were sincere about their excuses and the long duration they kept my car, that credit should have been applied when I picked it up after three weeks. Eventually, someone was honest enough to tell me the truth. I finally picked up my Maserati and parked it in my garage until returning from a trip, only to discover that my left center wheel cap was missing. When I called them, the representative said it probably fell off and that he had video evidence showing the cap was there when I brought it into their shop. However, that wasn't the issue; yes, it might have been there initially, but what happened to it afterward? Overall, their customer service was poor, and I will never return. It was making a noise that it had never made before. I found out that they didn't do a proper install because of that. It caused my car to have a knocking in it. So I learned my lesson. You get what you pay for and if you want your work to be half done. Keep going to Royal automotive. If not, take it to a reputable foreign car dealer.
