I even drove over today Friday Feb 8 at 2:15 and the office is locked, and while I was sitting in my cart writing this review another customer walked up and tried to open the door. I asked her if she worked here and she said she is waiting for replacement glass for her front door. She said she wasn't getting any response from the company either. One of the few times my phone call was actually answered I was told the glass would be ready in 7-10 days, however i haven't recieved any communication whatsoever since that phone conversation aside from finding out that the previous receptionist no longer works there. If you are looking for any type of customer service, try somewhere else.

Uncle bob's was kind enough to recommend R&R, I called, brought the window over , normally a morning drop would be ready that afternoon. The in house repair guy was on an emergency house call, so mine wouldn't be ready until next afternoon. Got a call that evening, will be ready for pick up 8: AM. Did I mention the opening at my house was during the recent heatwave. Had the window back in place by 10 AM. I won't hesitate to return for my window repair needs, not to mention recommending R&R to anyone else that could use glass replacement. Cost was very reasonable especially the short turnaround time
