The owner took measurements and a 50% deposit. Now no one knows where the glass is or if it was made. It's been one month. I called and talked to a man who said he would get back with me because he knows nothing about this. He never called back. It was a week ago I called again today and this time I talked to a woman. I said I called and spoke with a man. So she says, well I'm a girl not a guy. So I try to ask about the glass and she knows nothing and then says I'm hanging up on you because I don't want to deal with this. Do not use them. You will get taken. I needed my windshield replaced as soon as possible. I called and spoke with Mike who confirmed an appointment for two days later at 9:30 am . I even called the day before to confirm. Mike said he would call me the morning of to let me know when he was on his way. The morning of & all day I couldn't get in touch with him and his cell phone was turned off. I even called the other business line and no answer ! I ended up going with a bigger company. I wanted to support a smaller local business but the communication is terrible ! read more

I originally scheduled Anthony's Glass Service to come out and replace the windshield on my 2001 Jeep Cherokee in January of 2022. Mike, the owner, was able to come out and do the job the same day I called. He is a super nice guy and seemed to really know what he is doing, although I should probably mention he showed up 3 hours late. When he completed the job, he let me know "It hardly ever happens, but I stand behind my work, so give me a call if it ever leaks." This Jeep was a winter project, so it sat in a garage until April. After being parked outside and exposed to one spring rain storm, I noticed a trickle of water running down the inside of the windshield above the steering wheel, as well as brown staining in the brand new headliner where water had dripped and wicked up into the fabric. I immediately called AGS and was told that I would need to bring it to their shop to be "pressure tested", which was not an option because the vehicle was not registered. I eventually spoke with Mike who told me the windshield would need to be pulled and re-sealed and he would schedule me. Weeks went by of cancellations, no-call/no-shows, un-returned phone calls, and false promises of me being "the first appointment tomorrow". This whole time I am covering and uncovering the vehicle each time Mike tells me that someone will be out. After a month and countless phone calls trying to get AGS to come back out, I gave up and paid (Major Auto Glass Company) $200 to re-seal the windshield. I was tired of having a Jeep that couldn't be washed or driven in the rain, and AGS was clearly prioritizing new business versus standing behind their existing work. As a courtesy, I reached back out to see if they had any interest in an amicable resolution before I wrote this review, and I was again met with excuses of being short-staffed and promises that Mike would call me back, but zero follow-up or follow-through. After 2 weeks of this runaround, here I am writing this review. I was not originally upset that the glass leaked. It's an old truck and things happen. What is completely unacceptable is the total lack of accountability and follow-through that this company displayed. I hate to hurt someone's reputation or income, but I am beyond that at this point - nobody should have to deal with this for something as simple as a windshield replacement, nor should they be blatantly disrespected as a customer. If AGS is so busy and disorganized that they cannot come out to correct a leak that has damaged the interior of my vehicle, I would have rather they turned down the job in the first place. If I hadn't gone elsewhere, it probably still wouldn't be fixed. I would never consider hiring Anthony's Glass Service for future work. read more

I'd give Anthony's Glass more than 5 stars if I could! They've helped us out twice with a very specific request for our apartment's vintage French doors, which have uniquely sized glass panels that are tough to replace. Both times, Anthony's quickly and precisely cut the exact dimensions we needed, and their pricing was incredibly reasonable. The team here is wonderful--friendly, helpful, and so easy to work with. We're beyond grateful for their excellent service and will definitely keep coming back for any glass needs in the future! read more

We had a flat mirror that was too big for the space, which we realized late in the project. Mike responded within minutes of my phone call, made arrangements for the mirror to be cut in his shop the next day, and completed the work quickly and professionally. I went to the location in Edgewater Park, NJ. Let me start by saying I called 3 different windshield repair company's prior to using Anthony's Glass. 1st company was the largest and they were NOT cost effective , the 2nd company prices were ok but they did not go into detail about the windshield that I had. Anthony's glass was the last company I contacted. The reason why I choose them was because of the 2 men that called me. Jeff (I think that's his name) and Mike. They made me feel so comfortable when getting pricing. I originally filled out the online form and got a call back the next morning! The communication these men provided me was unmatched. Down to taking the pictures of the damage to walking me through taking pictures of key elements of my windshield to be able to determine the exact windshield that I had. They were honest and told me that there were 28 possible matches for my windshield. They knew I was overwhelmed and they made me as comfortable as possible. Once ordered they stayed in contact with me and made sure to communicate with me when my part had arrived. They had no problem talking/texting me from their personal cellphones (Great communication!!) I work in Camden would not be able to get to the shop during shop hours. This wasn't an obstacle for them. They told me it was alright and someone will be at the shop to pickup/drop off my car. In a world that has turned so mean abs cold these guys are try hero's. I went to the location in Edgewater Park because my back windshield had developed spiderweb cracks and was in need of immediate repair. I noticed the cracks mid-afternoon Friday and called around to get estimates. Most of the companies I called were giving me quotes that were exorbitant (yep...exorbitant) and were giving me future dates that were just too long away. The other companies also were giving different prices depending on the number of leads that I had in my back windshield. I called Anthony's and was surprised that Mike said he was able to fix my back windshield same day with a reasonable price. As I drove to his shop in Edgewater Park, the windshield cracked and fell out into the car. He was able to replace the back windshield, clean up the broken glass and we found out the car had four leads (who knew??) but he kept the cost at the same price he quoted me instead of going with a higher price.
