That doesn't happen with a "secure checkout", as is claimed on his website. That happens when a crooked businessman writes your credit card information on paper. When I contacted Tony, I was harassed, as if I had done something wrong by disputing the charge. He has no concept of the responsibilities that a merchant has for keeping your credit card information safe. Don't walk away from Tony's Canvas, RUN. Take notice of how he responds to bad reviews. He doesn't attempt to diffuse a bad situation and save his credibility, he attacks the victim.
