Making me believe she is trust worthy throughout our conversation she talked about her credit rating so on and so forth. therefore, I trusted her with my Human hair that I had purchased for $1000.00 and gave her the money to create my unit for $470.00. However, immediately after she received the hair and money she began to change on me, the very next day. All of a sudden, her grandmother was not only ill but had died and she was now preparing for a funeral. Moreover, she couldn't provide the unit in the time limit we initially agreed upon as previously stated. When I began to clearly notice this was a ploy, I demanded my money and hair back. I waited in the shop for 8 hours until she came back at the end of the day. She was furious! She gave me the money back however she kept part of my hair. Keep in mind! I do not know this person. it was now dark, and she tried to go unnoticed. However, I demanded my hair back When I tried to reach out to get my hair, she tried to stab me with her scissors on the porch area; I immediately pulled my arm back! I left with part of my hair and all of my money back. I had to threaten to call the police. Most importantly, there were two other hair stylist(s) in the salon, who watched everything but did not say or do anything. BUYER'S BEAWARE OF THIS HAIR STYLIST, she is small in stature and has an unnatural unassuming demeanor. However, SHE IS DANGEROUSLY DECEPTIVE WITH AN INTELLIGENT SMILE ON HER FACE! :(

She just *gets* hair and what looks good on people. She's really really good and really fast!! Perfect combo! She's also just great to talk to, really professional but fun! I'm from DC, so I expect very high quality when getting my hair done. I was really worried I wouldn't find someone who met my high expectations, but i was wrong! Natalie is my (new) girl! I met one of her clients who drives all the way from LA to see her! That's the sign of a great stylist. You can trust this woman and her professionalism. Her intuition is keen and she will utilize it to gauge your wants and desires so that you walk out of the salon feeling like a confident new person. She uses organic color, so I know I'm not breathing toxins or being poisoned with ammonia when I get my highlights, and she has this special "shot" of treatment called Olaplex that she uses to condition and protect hair from damage when going a lighter color. This last time she did a balayage style color--hand painting strands so it looks natural and striking at the same time. I'm so in love with it! My hair has never looked so healthy or felt this silky.
