On day 4 of a 7 day cruise, my wife got sick and we had to get off and go to a hospital in Aruba. The ship left 2 hours after we got off. I had no internet access just a cell phone. I called Larry at 11:00 pm and he answered the phone. GOD BLESS! He found us a room for the night and booked flights to get us home the next day. He called or texted through out the day to make sure we got home safe. He even offered to pick up at the airport if we needed transportation. We weren't getting in until midnight. Gave them my dates,…read moretold them I was looking to see if they could book my plane ticket & car rental for a better price. Jill called me back and quoted me $417 for a round trip flight and rental car. That price is $250 lower than what I was seeing on the internet so I obviously was like, "Great! Lets book it!" Unfortunately she refused to book it unless I drove to their office because I am a new customer but asked for basic information so she could reserve the ticket until I made it by the office to pay in person this afternoon. I get to their office, give her my debit card, she swipes it and it declines... I explain she needs to check everything she entered because my account is correct. The manager finally comes over because I ask if I need to bring back cash if that would be easier. Turns out shes quoted me $417.00 over the phone and in person but the ticket was actually $1,417.00 so obviously when she tried to run it on my debit card it didn't go through. Thank goodness my husbands a banker and shows me how to control my available funds or I could have lost that money! NO THANK YOU. Then they apologize and start searching for round trip plane tickets and are quoting me $700ish.... I can obviously find cheaper on the internet. I leave and get home. I was just on my bank account and see a $35 charge from their office on my card....... Not only a waste of time.... I just called & left a voice mail requesting they refund my card... Wasted an afternoon when I could have used orbitz.com or something in less than 5 minutes, oh wait I still need to
