The products and service are not cheap, but you truly get what you paid for - we couldn't believe how big, beautiful, and gorgeous all of our flowers were to make our special day spectacular. We got all of our centerpieces, decorative flowers, draping tie backs, parents and wedding party flowers and my bouquet with Lily Greenthumbs, and every single piece was clearly carefully designed and created with our vision in mind and were just breathtakingly gorgeous. I really apprecaited the consultations both on the phone and in person, for I am not knowledgeable in flower types, etc. Christina really worked with me to talk through my vision and helped make it a reality. Not only were they the most elegant but were also freshest so they lasted longest. If they deliver an arrangement when recipients aren't home, they will call and let them know where flowers were left. Boiling Springs Florist provides great customer service and fair prices for quality. They will certainly be our "go to" florist in Shelby. I called to find out what happened and the only thing they wanted to do was make it right. They said that they would make another bouquet and have it immediately delivered. This was New Years Eve and in less than an hour, my friend had a 2nd bouquet delivered to her. I couldn't be happier with the response. I got from the florist and the customer service they gave. I gave them the church's name and the church's address where the memorial service was being held and they instead delivered a funeral home that nothing is taking place at. Because of their error, they not only inconvenienced the grieving family, but now there will be no flowers from us at my friend's memorial service. Not only that, but my contact information was given, the recipient's contact info, and the church's name and address, if they were unsure by any of that, they had plenty of info to ask. This is a very sensitive time for not only myself, but the grieving family and there was no excuse for this error, and unfortunately one they can't undo as this was our final farewell to our friend.
