The food is very good, always kind and friendly. I would recommend this establishment.

I've only come here once and I needed to come in the evening. I was told not to by my neighbor who suggested that I try the spot. I found that they have molded peppers that they leave their food too long to the point that it is hard and an edible and that the customer service is absolutely terrible. They talk bad about you in a different language in front of you try to tell you you're wrong about what you can very, obviously see with your own two eyes their soups have films on top of them. They're not covered in any way shape or form and while all of this would be OK if they were changing out regularly or at all trying to take care of it it seems like they don't care at all and they just want to make money off of you and it is a sad Poor excuse for a buffet or a restaurant. and it's also not very clean. Chicken is not real chicken it taste like it's been left out for weeks dry.so disgusting never going back.

My ONLY complaint is the food isn't fresh and replaced as often after lunch but if you come during dinner/lunch everything is fresh. (Not saying they leave it out way past health code time) This buffet has been around for years and years and I have had a lot of memories with friends and family that I'll never forget here. Their food is disgusting. Used to be so much better but with new people coming in a couple years ago it went to hell. The chicken tastes like it's been prepped days before except for the chicken on a stick. The only good stuff there is rice and noodles. And that's a long shot. Me and a friend came here close to closing. The women working were very polite to us. We did a take our box since it was late at night. Food was amazing. I love Chinese Buffets and this one is definitely the best one I've eaten at in the beckley/princeton area. Highly recommend!! A to go box with a cup for soup/sauce was only $12. read more

It was an average Chinese restaurant. Nothing worth writing home about. Only complaints I can say is the soy sauce is a community bowl with a ladle. Instead of individual bottles on the table, no wasabi in sight, paper plates plastic silverware. Very low class food. I ate here last night. We ate off the buffet. Everything was awful. Nothing was fresh, almost nothing was labeled, and there was not a single thing I tasted that was even remotely good. My boyfriend told me about this place since I wanted Chinese food. I didn't expect much being that the restaurant was in WV. Not saying there aren't any good food spots here, I just knew the Chinese wouldn't be good, which it wasn't. We had to use the next door atm as their wifi was down to take card. No problem. Not their fault. The ambiance was not good. I'm from Orlando, Fl. And compared to Orlando, this place was not it. The buffet has a very small selection. Only two types of sushi rolls. My boyfriend got some type of chicken. He kept spitting it out because it was so chewy. The food was okay, but definitely lackluster to say the least. I'll be back in that area a few more times, and I'll make sure not to stop in. The only really good thing was their fruit punch and that they used paper plates and plastic utensils. Most days pre covid I would have given it a 3. Post covid re opening the food is better and fresh. Styrofoam plates and disposable silverware and cups for safety. Food has definitely improved. Compared to the 50 other Chinese buffets I've been to this one is above average. I especially like the sushi, which is better than most, except for places that specialize in sushi. I generally get one full plate of seafood choices, then a plate of one tiny taste of everything else. It's all very good. You do need to keep an eye out for something that looks older than the rest, but 9 out of 10 items are fresh. The dumplings were fried to long t he y were hard in spots.. not what is use to be.. This Chinese restraint is actually pretty decent. That a nice variety on the buffet and they even have a sushi bar. Instead of sitting in as I have before I decided to do takeout. Not only do you get a Togo container but also a small bowl. Which provided a nice container for some sushi away from the hot food. No one likes warm sushi (atleast I don't). The cashier was nice and gladly gave me an extra bag of fried noodles for the soup order which was nice. All in all it was a good experience. read more

I go all the time and it good, but theres a problem with one of the waitress every time I go. When were ready to leave she comes and gets our money instead of us going up front to pay. Knowing that she will be bringing the receipt to write a tip on or to bring back change. Well when she laid down the receipt to write and tip and brought my friend his money back she just kept saying tip tip tip tip tip over and over. So I wrote 5 dollars on the receipt and said this should cover my friend and I. Well then she started pointing at my friends pockets and started saying tip tip tip tip until he pulled out money. I don't think this is right at all. I know im suppose to leave tips which I do, but I don't think she should enforce it. Knowing our luck we went again and got the same waitress. knowing she would do it again which she did, I only put a dollar on the receipt and she brought my friend his change back well she laid down the coins and walked off with the dollar bills that was left. read more
