I was originally looking for a day of coordinator, but what I got with ABC was more than I could have dreamed of. I was paired with the planner Sherry on Kauai and before the 3 month take over...she was very involved and supportive. We got to have as many meetings as I needed. She guided me through the process. When she took over it was incredible because that's exactly when I needed to focus on other things. She contacted vendors and made sure we were on time with payments. Wedding day was incredible! Went off without a hitch. If there were any problems - I don't know about them because she just handled it all with her team. She coordinates and communicates so well. Sherry is the calming energy a bride needs on the big day allowing you to just relax and enjoy. An angel of a human! Her assistants Julie and Alyssa constantly came up to me during the wedding handing me water, food, whatever I needed! ABC arrives first and stays last to make sure everything is taken care of with vendors and the venue. My biggest advice to brides is to get help planning...especially for those planning a wedding in Hawaii from the mainland. ABC will have your back through it all. From our initial contact with his wife, Addy, through the receipt of our final video package in the mail, Julian and his team completely blew us away. Our big day took place at Lanikuhonua Cultural Institute on Oahu. It was clear from the outset that Julian and his crew had filmed there a gazillion times. They knew exactly where all the good spots were, took amazing shots of us, and also incorporated some stunning (and well-timed!) footage of our silhouettes at sunset, waves crashing against the shore, etc. The crew was also really mindful of creating symmetry in the video. When my bridesmaids and I were on our way out of the bridal suite, we were on a tight schedule and debating whether we had time to do a quick champagne toast. One of Julian's camera dudes commented that the groomsmen did a whiskey toast so it would be good if we did our champagne one. And so we did, and boy, did it look good on film when they cut the footage back to back! Their skill was especially evident when they played our same day edit (SDE) at our reception for us and our guests. Within seconds of the SDE playing, my eyes started welling up with tears. They had done such a beautiful job of capturing the many emotions we were feeling that day that I couldn't hold it in! We were already so impressed by their portfolio and knew their videos were amazing, but the end result was still so much more than we could've ever hoped for. We got countless compliments from friends and family about how much they liked our SDE, how well it captured our special day, and how they were impressed by how fast Julian and his team worked. One of my bridesmaids loved their work so much that she asked Julian to come out to San Francisco to film her wedding this year, too! Several months after our wedding, we received our final package with all the footage of the ceremony, reception, first dance, cake cutting, speeches, bouquet, and garter toss. The quality was superb and the footage well cut. One year later on our anniversary, we sat down and watched it all again. We loved going through all the videos and reliving one of the best days of our lives together. And a year later, despite having watched the SDE a whole bunch of times throughout the year, when we watched it again, I still teared up. :) In all honesty, I watch that one the most often, and it never ceases to give me the feels. When we first talked it's almost like he bragged about already surveying the land we wanted to use for our event. So I asked him for a quote and he said he'd get back to me. He never did so I called back a few days later just for him to be sassy and not want to give my any quote or any estimate on how much a simple tent would cost until he comes and looks at the land again. After not talking for a while I called again just for him to give me the excuse that he doesn't want to put up a tent there if there isn't security, so I was going to see if I could hire some but he basically said that he just doesn't want to do it. Not sure how this guy gets any business. Poor communication, very rude/sassy, and puts no effort into wanting to help you.

ABSOLUTEY DO NOT HIRE FARM TO TABLE KAUAI OR ARCH AND ARBORS! We worked with the owner and chef for…read morea year to plan and execute a small wedding only to have the him turn into the most unhinged and unprofessional person imaginable just 10 days out from the event. Cancelling the event because of his ego, while insulting and harassing us all along the way. *Backstory* We hired farm to table to provide rehearsal and wedding dinner, and all decor for a 25 person wedding in Kauai. The chef also agreed to receive additional wedding items at his house with the agreement that he could keep any items that would be useful to his business once the event ended. Throughout the whole process my fiancé really struggled to get even the most basic communication from this guy. We ended up having to ship most of the stuff elsewhere it was so bad. 2 months before the event we sent a final head count and requested an updated invoice. He ignored not only our initial request, but FIVE REQUESTS for an updated invoice! Fast forward to two weeks before the event (the cut off point for requesting a refund) and all of sudden he starts aggressively harassing us for payment, while he still had not sent us an invoice. He then gives us several different invoices (including a screen shot of a calculator?) all with different amounts none of which appear to be correct, before finally giving us the right one. He demands immediate payment through a cash app. We could only send half of the amount through zelle so we sent the first half of the payment and told him we would send the second half the next day after the limit reset. He demanded that we use another cash app before agreeing to wait. The next day before the reset had occurred he threatened to charge a late fee that was not in the contract. When my fiancé called him to discuss this, he became belligerent and started yelling over her, eventually hanging up and following up with some nasty text messages. We sent the final payment that night despite everything that happened and then he stopped responding to her completely. At this point I take up communication with him as seen in the messages below. The messages attached speak for themselves but the tldr is: I told him that I was disappointed with the way he handled the situation and suggested that he apologize to the bride. He instead trash talks my bride to me and then in a mocking manner demand that she apologize to him. At this point I let him know how that his behavior had become so odd and erratic that we were growing concerned for our safety around him. His response is to immediately cancel the event and threaten to throw our stuff away. He claimed to have bought all the food already (10 whole days out from the event) and said he would not be returning any money. When I asked him to confirm that he was indeed cancelling he began to really spiral out, trash talking me and my fiancé, trying to characterize our business agreement as a personal favor. Saying that every time my fiancé emailed him that he and his partner would trash talk her. I tried making good faith offers to unwind the deal amicably which he mocks while continuing to ramble on about a bunch of made up grievances (including complaining about off menu items which he offered). In the end he took all of our money, and did nothing but torture us for a year with his incompetence. I sent one last text offering to allow him to keep the deposit money to settle out of court, which he mocked, bragged about how good his lawyer is and seemed to indicate that he does this often. In total this man took around $8000 dollars from us and left us scrambling to replan a wedding merely days before it was to take place. He expressed no sympathy, no remorse, and mocked the pain he put us through. Please do not hire this man or any of his related companies.

After 10 years of experience working as a wedding and event planner, I thought planning my own elopement/wedding in a month would be easy. I should have known better... The wedding planner I hired was trouble from the start and actually argued with me over my selection of Brian for our wedding (she recommended her husband's business to me). However, from his website alone, I could tell that Brian was the photographer for us! The colors popped, the images he captured were absolutely gorgeous and all of his brides and grooms looked relaxed in front of the camera. In each image, reality was heightened just enough to make the wedding day look magical and almost fairy-tale-like. That is exactly what I look for in a wedding photographer. Sure enough, Brian was the perfect choice! Not only was he the only person we could reliably contact, but he was there to help out when our wedding planner went missing. It was pouring rain on our wedding day, so we needed to come up with a Plan B for our beach location quickly. Brian's sparkling reputation at the hotel helped us out with persuading them to allow us to do the ceremony on property. Plus he ran out to retrieve our officiant from the beach (only the missing wedding planner had a cell phone number for him). Brian was helpful, relaxed, friendly and professional. During the ceremony, he snapped shots without being intrusive. Even so, he got such lovely, intimate moments. After the ceremony, the fun began! He directed us and encouraged us to just be ourselves. Between the rain and the darkening sky, the light was challenging, but he managed to capture the scenery boldly and dramatically. In the end, Brian encouraged me to drop my dress into the water for some romantic shots. My husband and I laughed, as this was the one thing I did not want to do. Yet, somehow, Brian persuaded me. Thank goodness he did - those are my favorite shots of them all! I will now stop writing and let you check out his work. It speaks for itself.

Where do I begin…read more... We could not have been more pleased with our decision to go with Brian Finch at Love Bliss Imaging for our wedding photographer! He was THE BEST! During our planning phase with Brian, he offered suggestions and always answered my many questions in a timely manner. He seemed to really care about learning our style and vision for our wedding photography - which made us feel really good about our decision. The day of our wedding, Brian and his assistant were SO amazing - easy going people and true professionals. They made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and we honestly had such a fun time with them - laughing the whole time! They put up with our many photo requests and rowdy bridal party :) We were absolutely blown away by the result. We received a sneak peak of about 30 photos from Brian within 2 weeks of our wedding. He sent our full collection of photos via an organized web page within 4 weeks of our wedding - we were given over 1,500 photos! I cannot tell you how many compliments we got on our wedding photos from friends and family. They turned out exactly as we had imagined and we cannot thank Brian enough for his amazing work. We really want to highlight her professionalism and care - she asked us about how we met, our favorite songs, what we love about each other, and created a fully personalized ceremony script just for us. She also asked about the wedding style and what colors our friends would be wearing, and chose a beautiful navy blue dress that fit perfetly into the overall look and photos. She actively helped us with finding the location, and together we ended up choosing what is probably the best spot with a view of Hanalei Bay. Absolutely stunning. We started communicating about two months before the ceremony, and she walked me through every single step of what was needed to get married in Hawaii (we're based in California). She also shared contacts for a marriage agent, who I later worked with. Frieda arrived perfectly on time, and right after the ceremony on January 21, 2026, she submitted all the paperwork.
