Do not do business with this guy. He lacks professional business etiquette and I suggest you take up a class on how to run a business, and hire someone who knows how to run your shop.

He agreed to our request but asked if we would wait until business was better for him as Covid had his him hard. He was a nice guy so we happily obliged. Well after that he has been 100% unresponsive to all calls, email, or Instagram messages (he is active on there). It has now been 3 years and we assume we will never get our money back or and services from him. I would highly recommend against using his services regardless of any positive reviews you see. I have no doubt he may put on a good wedding, but businesses that steal money should never be trusted. I would be happy to update this if he ever reached back out to me. I really do feel he is a nice guy, but I doubt he will ever reach back out to correct his mistake.
