Now look, please don't expect this kind of thing if you're a new client--but today I had a total catastrophe (non-electric--think delivery truck chaos threatening to take out trees and possibly my house), and Mike, seeing me majorly panicking, stepped in and saved the day. No hesitation. He's a problem-solver extraordinaire (and really strong!!). He's also just a really proud dad and husband, and that energy shows in everything he does. I don't mean to sound cheesy, but you want this human on your team. If you're lucky enough to book him, you won't regret it. Mitsubishi had to send the regional technical supervisor out because the installation was "off the books," and very difficult to repair.
