This contractor is one of the best I've ever worked with, and I've worked with dozens over my lifetime. I am renovating a second floor, 1500 sq ft apartment in a historic building (1881). Approximately 50% of the space will have exposed brick and exposed beams (Manhattan-style industrial loft). This job would be challenging for the most hardworking professionals, because the walls are uneven and a lot of work has to be done with conduit. Kevin not only embraced the work, but he has been providing very helpful suggestions and even doing things that were not included in our initial agreement/contract. He is extremely conscientious, and true to his word. When he says he is going to be there, he will be there, no question about it. In this day and age, it is difficult to find a contractor with such skill, but also with a commitment to the quality of his work.
