Customer Service is dependent on the person waiting on you. I entered my order at the customer service kiosk and waited..waited..waited. The store greeter saw me waiting and when I asked she wouldn't call anyone to help me. Poor attitude. I had to go wait in the Customer Service line (and wait yet again). They called for help. Reward your Associates for good performance; it will pay you back ten-fold. Your website is nothing like Amazon. The 'feel' of your stores are like walking into a 1970's K-mart.

The produce department felt a little smaller than what I've experienced in other Hannafords, and a few of the aisles seemed a little cramped for 2-way traffic. But other than that, if I lived locally, I'd certainly shop here. One thing that has me scratching my head related to some older, unofficial, travel-related websites which indicated that this was one of the 3 Hannafords in the state of Massachusetts which was allowed to sell liquor. That's certainly not the case now. So I don't know what the backstory is. Maybe they used to and dropped it, or maybe they were one of the stores to receive the option and never implemented it.
