This place has a Walk in Clinic as well as Drs who see people by appointments…read more. My primary care Dr is here. When moving here I was actually afraid of seeing a new Dr. But my parents come here as well and they like her. I have to say everyone seems friendly and nice to deal with. When you go in they check your temp before you walk to the back. Then check your weight and bring you in a room and does your BP. You never have to wait long before the Dr comes in. I have to say Everytime I have been here between her and the nurse practitioner that I have seen they are very thorough and professional. They don't make it a dreaded place to go. The Dr. Always rules out other things before just assuming and treating you. I felt like a guinea pig now in Vegas Everytime I went they "assumed" or thought you had something without going the extra mile. I actually never thought I'd like a Dr as much as I did the ones I had but here I am happy and glad I came here so far. I also like when you need to be seen you can make a appointment or walk in to see the Dr. or Pa On call and your records stay in the same place. If your looking for a new Dr. Come here!

They also didn't help his pregnant lady and she mentioned to us that she's been here for hours on end, the doctor then came out to the waiting room to get me and apologize for the long way and I said no it's fine there's people more important than me then he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about and I was like a man in the wheel traveling heart attack that took forever to get back. The nurse came in here and threw her gloves off in the trashcan and it was complaining about how he shit on the ground and some girl said well if you would've took him back there it wouldn't have happened in quite frankly I agree with her 1000%. they left this lady in the bathroom by herself with her daddy in the floor naked shit all over himself having no sense of urgency the patients waiting had to help.Care? Shit.

She was not professional. She even went as far to call Security and tell them to have me removed if I didn't sit down I tried to explain to her that he was not awake and I needed to speak with the doctor to let him know what had happened. She told me what the paramedics were for. She was very rude obviously has no compassion and totally does not care about family or any concerns of the family she was very non-supportive very brazen and she needs to go back to school to learn how to speak to people and not fly off the handle herself this is the second awful experience. would not recommend it to anyone.

They had nearly a zero wait time compared to "Memorial" downtown. The ER was clean, open, full of light. We didn't spend much time in the waiting room until taken back to a room. The kindness and attention to detail the nursing staff exhibited not only to my friend, but to me as well. Kept us aware of tests, wait time on results and clearly communicated path of care and offered her suggestions allowing her to make some decisions. The room she was placed in was clean and comfortable. Other than normal ER drama with a couple of patients, it was relativity a calm atmosphere. I told the nurse, I had a completely different viewpoint of Hillcrest than I had from years ago. Personally, would go there again.... renewed faith!

They actually sent our granddaughter out of the hospital in 30degree weather. To believe this restriction would prevent infections is ridiculous. Shame on Patewood for showing they never learned anything from the failed policies of Covid!
