From our sales visit by Esau (on a Saturday, no less) to the numerous communications regarding the status of our order, manufacturing, and delivery, to the actual install, the turnaround time was less than four weeks. What's not to like? Here's what we got: *Financing with some friendly terms *A total of 8 windows ordered *Borders/frames that matched our existing colors *Consistent, clear communication *A firm install date *A crew of two to remove, install, and haul away Here's what we expected: *All of that above Our eight, double-hung windows (doubles in both front windows) were installed cleanly and quickly and Matt walked me around each window to make sure I was satisfied with the work. No, it wasn't 'inexpensive' but the value will well outpace the investment over time. When I was moving furniture/blinds in preparation, I could hold a match near the old windows and watch the flame dance. Now? No movement, none. Drafts, be gone! If you aren't going to do the work yourself, then find a good provider. Window Nation delivered on everything we expected, and that's really all we can ask. It ain't going to be free, and if it was, then it would be cheap, too. This is fine product and solid workmanship coupled together to make a real upgrade to our home. The only individual that was less than thrilled with our experience was the dog, who runs this house anyway, and she had to be squirreled away while the install happened. It took a little longer to get it than I thought it would, but I wasn't in a hurry and with Covid it was understandable. The extra couple of weeks it took to get the glass is no reason to give them less than an excellent review. I live several miles down a bumpy dirt road and the glass made it unscathed. They delivered it, cleaned it, and installed it for me for a small fee. The price on this massive piece was very reasonable and everyone was very polite and professional. If I ever need glass again I'll use them again and I'd recommend them to others.

We live close to a major highway and road noise was always a nuisance. Once the picture window went in it was incredibly quiet and completely draft free. No cold air coming in during winter months. The glare guard in the glass keeps glare to a minimum. We have butterfly bushes that attract hummingbirds and butterflies. It's a joy to sit and watch them without the noise the new window eliminated. Initially we thought the price we paid for the window was a little high but you get what you pay for. In retrospect the incredible quality of the window has far surpassed the price paid. You can't go wrong with Renewal by Andersen. I only wish we had used them when we replaced all the other windows in the house with a product of far less quality. We highly recommend Renewal by Andersen.

Windows can be a fortune and the big companies want to do all these demo's which we had already seen and frankly didn't have time for. The estimate was a fraction of what the other companies quoted and he came with his crew a couple weeks later for the install. Only thing that delayed the jobs was wind and rain... Two additional jobs later, they came back to help with some trim on the roof and a basement window that was leaking, I would highly recommend them! They went above and beyond and helped out with some things that weren't necessarily what they regularly do, but things that needed attention and I'm grateful to have found them.
