Paul St. Jean was wonderful and took the time to not only answer all of our questions, but stop out to our Moon Twp home again when I had concerns over the colors we had chosen for the storm door. He was extremely patient and a pleasure to work with! He even walked us through the "roll-up screens", a Pella exclusive, which was a game-changer for the windows we chose! Now we get to enjoy our view of the Ohio River/Sewickley community, without compromising on the risk of having an obscured view due to a heavy screen. If we have the windows closed, the screens roll right up & out of sight. A fantastic experience. The windows are beautiful. I especially like the hardware lifts which makes opening the windows so easy. The hidden screens are an appreciated option. The entire process has been great. Our salesman, Tony Magellan took a lot of time to help us pick a window that matched our existing windows since we were doing a partial replacement. He was responsive to all of our questions And his suggestions were spot on. He knows this product. The installer, Josh Lowe, was so professional and paid attention to detail. The windows are perfectly installed. Our home and yard were immaculate after installation. He even vacuumed my carpet. Pella's system is efficient from ordering to installation. We replaced a few windows 5 years ago through a box store and it was a terrible experience with mismeasured windows and poor installation.
