So far so good! We have been looking to replace 3 windows and a sliding glass door in Rehoboth Beach for several years and decided to move ahead this morning. We arrived without an appointment and we're promptly greeted and waited upon by David who was knowledgeable and most helpful. We scheduled an appointment for the next morning at 10AM for someone to come out to measure the windows and provide an estimate. David informed us of the process in detail including approximately how long we might expect to wait fir installation (6-8 weeks) We received a call within an hour of our visit from someone confirming the appointment time tomorrow as well as to ask if we were working with a builder or if Pella was to install. She also asked if we have a homeowners association ( which we do) Today's experience rates 5 stars, however I just entered a 4 star pending installation and cost. I was in need of a sliding door glazed panel that had shattered and needed to be replaced. As this house was a seasonal rental, time was of the essence to accomplish this replacement before the rental season. Pella expedited the request and was schedule for the replacement. The two technicians, Jason and Ralf were scheduled. Both Gentlemen were on time, courteous and respectful of my property. Professional to the max! At the completion of the repair, all debris and any broken glass was non-existent. Our installer Brian and his two helpers did a wonderful job even though there were come complications with the house framing and the weather was very challenging. I'm having a terrible Pella experience. The rep said he made drawings and did. But I dont have a printer and they are upside down and hard to understand online. I asked him to mail them to me. He said he did. Unfortunately, they mail never arrived. I told him I didn't get them, so. Could he please mail them again. He said, "'I'll print them. You can come and pick them up at the office". I have a sprained MCL ligament. I don't think I'm driving anywhere. What's with the bad attitude. I hope I never have a Pella window problem, if just getting the drawings is weeks of hassles. The sliding glass doors were contacted for delivery in 8-10 weeks but they were not delivered until 4 weeks later. One Screen missed the Rollers, the installer said her will come back to install. Two weeks have passed, and there has been no follow-up on when the job will be completed. Also, the installers were negligent while cleaning their tools in the sink. they pulled up the stopper, turned off the water. When we turned on the water, the water overflew and damaged the cabinet under the sink. We are not having any luck having this issue resolved. read more

Incompetent customer service throughout this company. Sales, ordering, installation teams made multiple mistakes in our install. Took EIGHT months to have job completed - when contracted to complete in two months (during fall season). Jason and Joyti (installers) were the only employees who knew what was going on. After being a lifetime customer of Pella products, our family will never work with this company again. read more
