I love going to Pelletier Welding and Fabricating. The new office manager is Jax. I'm looking forward to meeting and interacting with him. The previous office manager Max was great and has crossed over the Rainbow Bridge and is now enjoying a well deserved retirement. $2600.00 for new railings with epoxy paint installed in August 2021. Railings were rusting two weeks later. Mr Pelletier did return my call and promised to come by and perform needed rust removal and repainting. Three weeks later he was a no show. Called, emailed and texted inquiring when the situation would rectified. Mr Pelletier again promised to be at my house the following week of 18 October. You guessed it. NO SHOW AGAIN! But he's making up for it now by not returning calls, emails and text messages. Use this guy if you want, but be prepared for lousy customer service. Absolutely not recommend. When I showed up to pickup my brackets the price was a lower then quoted which was a nice surprise. I will do business with them again. read more
