What I do like is that the classes are effective workouts. I definitely was able to improve on my running and strength while working out here. It was a pretty clean studio. What I did not like is for the price, there is absolutely nothing else included. There is no locker room, no childcare, no letting you borrow anything without a price attached. The fact that cancelling less than 8 hours in advance and no show is the same fee makes no sense. What's the point of cancelling if you are still going to be charged the same. I feel like 8 hours also is too strict it should be more like 4 hours. The fact that anytime they have a special event you have to pay extra to sign up is ridiculous. The $200 a month can't cover marathon month, like do we need to pay another fee to participate in things? Anyway, this review is not as much about Orangetheory as a gym, but about this specific location. Not a huge fan of this specific location. They loved to try to get as much money as possible out of you. They would offer things like borrowing a band if you forgot one and will not tell you they are going to charge you to borrow it. I am super bother that they will act like they are doing me a favor then I see a charge on my credit card. I did really liked the instructors here specifically Brittany I remember liking a lot. The front desk people though.. They would charge me for no shows when I would literally check in with them. Also, they would be super rude to me and had lots of attitude. Like I think they just hope people do not notice all these extra charges. Plenty of parking spots in the parking lot. Just overall by the end of my time at this gym it really left me not wanting to recommend this to anyone. The level of greediness was really shocking.

Coach Nina* was awesome & super helpful with form throughout the workout. The front desk staff was friendly. They charged up my watch for the class since I forgot to turn it off yesterday & it died. They brought it into the studio for me after a few minutes on the charger. The studio itself is pretty spacious compared to some of the other studios I have been to. Overall I enjoyed my workout this morning & I will be attending a few more while I am in town. :) Side note- Bc of local mandates you are required to wear a mask during the duration of the workout, I recommend getting a plastic cage to place in your mask, it keeps it off of your face a bit & gives you room to breath so you're not sucking in your mask when breathing heavily.

Being a mommy of three, it's hard to find a way to workout, let alone be able to afford to workout. But Natasha, being a mommy herself, helped make that possible. I was able to train, and still have my kids there to play with other kids, and even workout themselves if they wanted to. Even though California lost her to Maryland, she's still able to train from long distance and keep others motivated and inspired. High pressure sales and don't give you prices up front. Beware of their challenges and tactics. Ask what the regular price is before you pay double for a challenge!

That last week, i literally was at 3 different holiday parties with open bars, so that was my fault :) and i missed about 3/4 days of classes. A woman who started the challenge with me ended up losing 11 pounds. I can say that i didn't strictly stick to the meal plan, i often skipped dinner because i didn't like what was on the menu and didn't drink water as needed... so don't be like me lol. i can only speak for this location-- there are no showers and only 2 bathrooms for women and men. Also no changing rooms, altho you could change in the bathroom. The music was typically the same for each class. I would have preferred less of a rap mix and more 90s/2000 music, reggae, and/ or something to keep the classes moving and enjoyable to the ear. I would def. do another challenge in the near future!! Plenty of parking in front of the location. No water fountain per se (that you can bend over to drink), but bring a water bottle to be able to fill it up there. I think they also had $1 water bottles for sale in case you forgot to bring your own. You can weigh yourself at anytime with their scale. Be on facebook lookout, as they always have some kind of special / promotion for classes.

I totally understand the frustration there but don't those type of losses or circumstances come with the service you offer? Yes people are going to fall off but that means that I have to pay $497 for a "free" challenge? I would've considered it if the cost was considerably lower but I just feel that the amount is absolutely ridiculous. The false advertisement is real, I won't even get into that aspect of it. The facility looked nice and the employees were very friendly. If you can look past shelling out $497 this might be the place for you.

The Boot Camp Fulton is awesome for me living in Laurel because it's not that far away and I can go after work. Being part of the program helps keep me motivated to stay on track so I can meet my weight loss goals.
