I chose the VIP package again, and it is worth every single penny. I had just driven in from Florida the night before, and honestly, it felt like I attended my daughter's party as a guest. That's how effortless everything was. This is actually my second time leaving a review because that's how exceptional this place is. The kids had an incredible time -- fully engaged from start to finish. Miss Tatiana, Coach Cameron, and the entire team were outstanding. They managed everything seamlessly and kept the energy high the entire time. What truly sets Emilia's apart is how little you have to do as a parent. I shared a few ideas and color preferences, and they handled everything -- decorations, setup, flow of the party -- all of it. No stress, no back-and-forth, just execution. The party ran for three hours, and the kids were genuinely upset when it ended. Even parents who arrived early found their kids still fully engaged and not ready to leave. You can tell the staff truly love what they do, and that makes all the difference. Working with Tatiana was effortless -- I mentioned what I wanted, and she made it happen without hesitation. After a long trip, walking into a perfectly organized and beautifully executed party meant everything. My daughter was so happy, and that's what matters most. Was willing to roll with that for a little bit, as technology does bring some interesting opportunities for improvement - but I observed that a) the kids were given synth keyboards (which have a very different feel), not digital pianos, to play on, b) the keyboards were set way too high relative to their seats for them to learn to play. The feedback inevitably was that our kids were doing a great job, even when they hadn't practiced at all - I understand the positivity and I know few people have time to put in the necessary practice (I myself have 15ish years of piano so know what kind of practice is required) but it felt like it was more about just going through the motions and getting the money for a class than actually teaching anybody anything. Then one of the instructors made a comment about my kid that seemed wildly out of line, so we quit. While I'm sure this is not everyone's experience, I'd say it's better to go with a place that's more serious about teaching, less franchisey.

The coaching staff are knowledgeable, skilled and bring their past basketball experiences to the team. We like their strategic approach to teaching, training, practicing, and implementing the game of basketball. They challenge the players through engaging league play which provides them an opportunity to implement their skill competitively. We have seen a huge improvement in our son's skills and confidence in the game. The coaches are approachable and provide feedback that is helpful on and off the court. Most importantly (at least to us), the coaching staff and teammates welcomed our son, which immediately, made him feel part of the Hoopstarz team.

Our party hostess (when I asked) said we could take the extra opened paper goods. They were packed in my personal box unwrapped. The staff went into our personal box & removed the items. When asked, the woman in charge stated we were not able to take them as it was their property. It appears that they will be reusing these Winnie the Pooh paper items. We spent approximately $700, tipped our party hostess to be treated like thieves by going through our personal items to "see" what we took.
