Came back here to try the Tread and another great experience! Scheduled a time online since there's only one Tread at the Atlanta store and everyone was beyond nice and helpful. I was able to take a full 30 minute class and got a great sense of the treadmill while running on it. A+ product with C- service. The staff seemed to be very upset to be working there. I've had substantially better service but $100 running shoes than a $3k bike. The demonstration was half-hearted. My wife and I felt like we were bothering them. We made the purchase within 15 minutes so you would think we would have been treated a little better. What an easy sale, right? Called back because I never got a receipt and they answered "hello?" "Can you hear me", I asked. "Oh yeah, uhhh Peleton". Am I calling a boutique store or a yard sale? The customer service is beyond horrible. They are very nice until the follow through. Delivery was supposed to be Tuesday. No one called or showed up. My husband and I work from home so we were home all day. When I called the store they said there was an error message on their end and I had to call support and it was out of their hands. I called support they said they tried to deliver it but nobody was "HOME". Again my husband and I work from home and we're home all day, plus we have a delivery ring system that has a camera, after further review nobody showed up to our house. I would expect a call from delivery didn't revive it. Finally rescheduled delivery and they came. Wrong shoes and my husband shoes weren't delivered. They said I would have to contact support. When contacting support, I was hung up on them finally a service employee answered and said it was a bad quality batch of shoe. The new shoe would not arrive for 5 days. Been debating for a while. Like so many other people the price of the bike made me balk. However, I've purchased a cheap bike in the past. They are terrible. The good Kaiser bikes that I use at L.A fitness are 1K used and this bike is so much better. And that's just the hardware. The classes are fantastic. I thought I might miss the experience of being with other people at the gym, but the leaderboard takes care of that and the convenience of having this at home means I'm doing this 4 times a week instead of once. You can search for saved classes by length, instructor, level of difficulty, music type, etc. I just did a 30 minute 80's music class. I haven't had one moment of regret for spending this, it's an investment in my health. I bought an inexpensive weight rack and a set of barbells and kettlebells and between those and the Bike, I cancelled my gym membership. The only accessories that I bought were the shoes, these are really high quality shoes and since I found a referral code I got them for $25 instead of $125. worst company ever! i was really excited when i purchased my peloton bike over the summer even though the waiting period for delivery seemed ridiculous (7 weeks). Flash forward ahead, 2 days before my scheduled delivery i get an email with a new delivery date thats an additional week out. I tried called the number in the notification. no one answered and no one returned my calls. I tried email and still got no response. I also went to their support site and tried the online chat. On the 3rd try i finally got a person. Pam M was No help at all. She let me know that it would be a minimum of an extra 8 days for delivery. no i couldn't change to the newer model as that would delay it even more. finally yes she would be happy to refund my money. as a final insult they shorted me +$300 on the refund. I attempted to leave this feedback on their website and it was rejected. I guess they don't 1 star reviews. Bottom line - its a really cool idea and maybe a good product. The biggest mistake of a purchase I have ever made. I purchased a bike and moved across country and had issues with bike being set up. A horrible experience at the store led an employee to give me the 1-800 number on a post it. they were more than willing to up-sell a new treadmill. I then had a service call that I had to pay for and they did not check the work and problem persisted. Service then was trying to have me do all of their tech work over the phone. On the second service call that took three weeks to schedule the problem was resolved. A month later the problem came back as the speed and distance wasn't registering. It has taken me three weeks to get answers and the tech keeps trying to have me do diagnostics on the bike as I did three months ago. THEY KEEP CHARGING me my monthly they service fee with no problem. I have asked four times in writing for another appointment and they indicated they are charging me again. Still haven't scheduled. Save your money. Customer service is rude and not responsive. Unfortunate but they only care about the sale. I highly would consider another alternative due to rude customer service! read more

This is a major purchase in the way of fitness. The Peleton bike itself is well worth the investment but the poor service at this location does not give any inspiration to give these in-store sales leaders commission. Subpar service... if they have a store front, they need to handle the sale to the delivery of the bike... deliver premium customer service... provide high touch service esp to critical questions regarding a purchase of this size; instead, they barely are able to answer questions and essentially leave you "to fend for yourself" even if you have relevant questions before the arrival of this masterpiece of equipment. My advice: cut them out of the sale, they will not earn it once you swipe your credit card ... even prior to the bike delivery. Instead, ride the bike in the store to confirm comfort then purchase it online. Unless this store operation begins to create a differentiated reason for being in lieu of the totally frustrating and unnecessary experience I endured in this store location post sale/ pre-delice, then there is no reason to compensate them. read more
