I came to Atlanta for a wedding and was staying in a nearby hotel. I'd been looking for a yoga studio in the area and couldn't find one. While on my morning walk I saw people leaving out of the space with smiles on their faces and sweaty. I'd asked one of the guests what they thought about the class and what format it was and they said they loved it. So when I went inside and started talking to the front desk staff I quickly learned that this was a mega former and treadmill class. Whaaaaaaat, how cool and how challenging. I was instantly intrigued and had to take a class. On top of that, the studio was beautiful with a whole storefront at the entrance. Here's what I loved and didn't love as much during my visit, + the studio was walkable for me and easy to get to + they have a wide range of athletic brands, including SPANX! + front desk staff and instructors were very friendly + I liked the format and flow of the class + the self paced treadmills were awesome + we received complimentary eye masks this day + I scored 2 Beyond Yoga tank tops for $25 each + enjoyed the playlist during class + loved the lighting changing with the intensity of class There wasn't anything that I didn't like about the studio or class. I believe the class was $35 which is right in line with a standard workout class especially one with expensive equipment. I originally started coming to SculptHouse around 2018 and historically enjoyed all instructors and the friendliness of the staff. However there has been a significant change in overall atmosphere, "policy enforcement" and my overall excitement to book or join a class. The music is hit or miss. Most instructors are challenging but the attitudes and enthusiasm and friendliness are also inconsistent. My decision to cancel my membership is largely in part to the new manager Tania. She rudely interrupts clarifying questions and throws out inconsistent answers to questions you didn't even ask; she is overall disarmingly passively dismissive. After struggling with the parking lot, I say hello and check in on the iPad. My typical routine if I do not walk to class to avoid the parking (it is truly a nightmare because of the boutique nearby taking 1/4 of the spaces and max 30 minutes for another 1/4). As I'm about to open the door to class, Tania informs me that I will not be able to enter the classroom until the halfway mark because I'm now 2 minutes over the grace period. When I ask when this policy has been issued I was told it's always been the policy. That's not the case and she nor Courtney (sp?) the director were consistent on the established date of the policy. Always, 10years, 5 years a while. When I noted the policy that I was aware of was the possibility of allowing another person to switch between the curve or the reformer, then the policy date changed but ultimately was blamed on me for not keeping up with what was on the current website. The website policy is not explicit - may enter at the halfway mark is not the same as may not enter until. Words mean things. The policy is written to allow for selective enforcement. Regardless of the date, the policy is not enforced fairly or consistently. My last class I observed someone coming into the class well after 10 minutes but before the halfway mark. This is not unusual over the past 8+ years and most are familiar faces that quietly get to their spots and right into their workout. There seems to be some type of favoritism or other distinguishing factors that make the enforcement selective. What makes it worse, no one lets me know of the halfway mark. Sometimes classes start 1-2 minutes behind so I would have expected an indicator of when I could actually enter. Not the case- it's giving mean girl energy. Sadly the shift in staff is no longer welcoming enough to deal with the hit or miss music needed tolerate hit or miss classes. If Brittnee ever comes back (Tania couldn't even confidently tell me if she was there still), I may consider a drop in class. read more

It felt very similar to orange theory were people tell you what to do and then you just do it until you're prompted to do something different. Def one of the hardest workouts- ive ever done. I've been here now twice while in town visiting family and both experiences were wonderful. The customer service for first time guest couldn't be better the instructor showed me how the class worked and all the details with the mega reformer. I left feeling strong, and sweaty + revived. I've tried multiple pilates studios in the atlanta and metro atlanta area, and sculpthouse is one of my favorites. I love the small class size and how the instructors here correct your form and also encourages you by name. Sculpthouse teaches Lagree pilates and I really enjoy all the workouts. They are a perfect level for me, not impossible but also not easy. I wish there were more Strength sculpt classes offered since I enjoy that more than cardiosculpt. read more

First time I went , I was 2 min late for early arrival for new comers and they rejected me. They also reported to ClassPass that I was a no show and was charged a fee. They scheduled me for a next day class. Got there 20min early. I waited and waited. Intro was done in 5 min right before class. Which I was really baffled at why they couldn't just show me this the day before. I wasn't new to using a reformer being as though I had been going to Solidcore. This policy should be adjusted. grace and understanding should be given. I really enjoyed the class. I think the instructors are great. It's because of the classes that I was willing to give sculpthouse another chance. I like the mix of cardio and toning. Since my first class, customer service has been fine. Note: if you're taking your first class here please arrive 15 minutes early for a walk through of the equipment. They have a hard policy on this! Tips of tracking this location: you'll see a Sephora store in the parking lot and that's the sign you're in the right place. Previously requested a temporary membership freeze back in 2023 (for two weeks) and it was handled in the studio. I remember being SO impressed by SculptHouse's ability to assist their customers with requests as such. It definitely set them apart from other studios and further solidified my decision to be a permanent member. Fast forward to 2024 - I'm required to accommodate a last minute trip and will be out of the country for a few weeks. During my last workout, prior to the trip, I spoke with an employee at the front desk to inquire about another temporary freeze (a year later). I was then instructed to speak with the Manager only but to be quickly notified that they are out of the office. That request is then told to be submitted via email. Upon submitting the email, I received an automated response stating that my request would be addressed in 24-48 hours (not calendar hours if you were wondering and the team typically takes longer than that), but to fill out a form for membership freeze or cancellation requests, in the interim. To have to provide WRITTEN and PHOTOGRAPHIC evidence for a freeze request is absurd, asinine, and uncomfortable - especially when you have a relatively quick return date. I can understand this for membership cancellations, but not freezes when you've committed hundreds and thousands of dollars to the organization in general. I had to call the studio for an update and spoke with Anesa (Manager) whom informed me that the on-site team has ZERO visibility to any of these requests as they were handled by an off-site team. Quite interesting to wrap my head around that as all emailed correspondence comes directly from buckhead@sculpthouse.com and is signed with this locations details (phone number and location name). Not to mention that every time I called the studio, I'd magically get a response within two hours after waiting up to several days. After spending DAYS going back and forth about this freeze, I received a very VAGUE response about my request. See attached (with my name being spelled incorrectly after including it in my signature and the body of my message). I responded and was grateful for them seemingly working with me without notification of the policy CHANGE. Based on that message, they found a way to work with the dates I requested for my freeze and I was happy to return to the studio after my unfreeze date. Boy was I wrong - they still pulled my monthly membership out and is now refusing to refund and/or cancel my membership without remitting another monthly fee. So, in short I'm out $500, at least at this point, without being able to attend classes simply because they say so. My advice is to take a deeper look into your processes and processing times. No customer should have to pay for gross incompetence and inconsistency. They are quick to boast about special deals in class and in the studio (with poster boards); they will even go as far to send "personal emails" about discounts but never spend this type of time to alert PAYING MEMBERS of things that may impact them, their time, and/or their wallet. This place is a cash grab and nothing else to me at this point. I feel bad for having referred business here and will absolutely alert not only my referrals, but the several multi-family assets in the neighborhood of their business practices. read more

Wow, what a cool workout! I've only taken the Sculpt360's so I can't speak for the other classes but Cara is so genuine and helpful! Her class was very direct, she ensured all her newbies were taken care of and she really motivated you throughout class. This is a 50/50 cardio and Lagree method (very similar to Pilates with resistance) and I was shocked that I was hurting within seconds! I'll definitely be back. Only reason why I didn't mark it a 5 was because they just don't have showers, so if I want to take a 6am class my butt will have to go home before going to work. I recently visited SculptHouse Pilates Studio through ClassPass, a studio I've frequented for a while on my own and purchased workout clothing from, but today's experience left much to be desired. Arriving for a class on Friday at 12 p.m., I encountered significant parking issues, circling the establishment for a frustrating 10 minutes before finding a spot. I promptly called at 12:05 p.m. to alert the studio of my situation, but was met with a strict response from Anesa, the manager, stating I needed to arrive by 12:10 or wait for the second half of class. Despite my efforts, I arrived at 12:11 and was denied entry, even though the class wasn't at full capacity. Attempting to salvage the situation, I inquired if I could at least use the treadmills, but was met with a curt refusal. My discomfort escalated when I was reprimanded by Sophie, a store associate, for simply standing in the boutique area and looking through the glass door. She stated that I wasn't allowed to stand there or look at the class due to policy and making the class uncomfortable. When I questioned this policy, she provided no explanation and walked away. The situation deteriorated further when Anesa attempted to address the issue as the manager, only to be interrupted by Sophie. When I tried to clarify that I was speaking with the manager, Anesa's attempt to reprimand me saying "I spoke over her" after being interrupted by the sales associate was uncalled for and unprofessional. This entire ordeal left me feeling discriminated against and unwelcome in a space where I've been a paying customer for some time. Whether this unpleasant experience was a result of the day I chose to attend or the staff present remains unclear, but it has undoubtedly tarnished my perception of the studio. Overall, my visit to SculptHouse Pilates Studio was marred by poor communication, lack of flexibility, and an unwelcoming atmosphere. As a loyal customer, I hope the studio takes steps to address these issues and ensure a more positive experience for all patrons in the future. UPDATE - Shortly after posting my review, I received a call from Katherine Mason, the owner of Sculpthouse. She apologized for her front desk staff's handling of the situation and assured me that there would be follow-up conversations and training. So I had good and bad experience at this place. For the first class, I got rejected because I didn't come in by the 15 minutes mark. A lot of places say that first timers have to come by then, but none has ever rejected me before. Plus, I have done Lagree fitness and the curved treadmill before so they're both not foreign to me, but it didn't change anything. They also didn't start their "introduction" until after I got there so I could have just joined them at that point.. but it's fine. They rescheduled my class for a later time and I made sure to get there earlier. BUT for that class, I got there right at the 15 minute mark and there were still other first timers rolling in. One rolled in right as we were about to start the introduction.. so it was extremely unfair and pissed me off that they selectively decided when to let people in. Now about the actual class. I enjoyed the reformer portion a lot. I think the machine was good (compared to some other places, their handle bars were comfy and didn't hurt my wrists as much) and the moves the instructor I had was new and interested me. I will say though that 20 minutes of reformer just isn't enough. I wish the class was 30-40 minutes reformer and 25 minutes just wasn't enough time on the platform for me. Also for the running part, I do wish there was more guidance on the speeds within the four levels. I know each individual has their own speed for each, but as someone new to the class, there was no guidance to the speed other than "walk level" or "okay to talk" or "can't talk" speed. NOTE: the location is very very hard to find. It is hidden underneath and next to the restaurant, and the parking situation is weird too. You should get there 20 minutes before class time (if you are new) just to figure out how to park and get to the studio. Overall, I think the studio is nice. I loved the vibes (dark and moody), and the instructor had good moves. I would come back if it was on Gympass! read more

The classes are hit or miss, depending on the instructor, maybe 2 of 10 instructors are actually good. The management is absolutely piss poor. They randomly implement policies like creating a TWELVE (12) hour cancellation restriction i.e. if you cancel within 12 hours of the class start time you lose a credit. Each class credit is $32. So if you sign up for a morning class and wake up sick or have a family emergency or a situation with your children you lose $32. They've trained the girls at the front desk to be particularly rude and unhelpful so they send you to some ridiculous form on their website thats not even for class cancellations and then they never respond. They do this knowing that their clientele consists mostly of working mothers/women with changing schedules. So its intentionally set up to be exploitative. Sculpthouse is not worth it at $32 per class, it is simply mediocre classes and piss poor service at high/luxury pricing they dont even give you towels ! . There are whole monthly gym memberships that cost $32/month. So if you have $32 to spend for a 50min class I'd say your'e better off going to Barrys Bootcamp down the street, they have locations all around the country, free towels and the management is not desperate, money hungry and looking to exploit their clientele. The people there are cheerful, respectful, always helpful to accommodate changes and they aim to provide a luxury workout experience. read more

I had the day off work one Friday and at the last minute decided to try out Sculpthouse. I had heard about their studio before and it seemed as good a day as any to take a class. They're located on the lower level of Buckhead Exchange (if you see Sephora you're in the right place). Go down a short flight of stairs on the side and you'll see it. If it's your first time they ask that you get there 15-minutes early so you can meet the instructor, see the space, and fill out a form/waiver. It's a cute boutique space that's clean and moderately sized. They have lockers for you to store your stuff. There's also a retail shop with apparel and some activewear accessories. Prices were expensive but when I went they were having a sale. As a first-timer they also gave me a complimentary gift bag with a few items including a bottled water and some hand sanitizer. The class space is dimly lit with a row of treadmills and a row of megaformers. I took their Cardio Down class. For half of the class we were on treadmills and the other half we were on megaformers. You can choose to start on either and halfway through the class you'll switch. I started with the treadmill. The treadmills they have are different than your standard treadmills. If you want to run faster than you have to start running faster rather than setting a faster speed. Basically, the machine follows your lead rather than the other way around. For the treadmill portion there's a monitor that lists when it's time to change your speed and the level of effort you should be exerting. The instructor also called this out to us. For the megaformer portion of the class, the instructor called out different moves, demoing some as needed. This part of the class could be improved. Depending on your position you may not be able to see the instructor demoing the moves. Additionally, not every move was demoed. I had used a megaformer prior to taking this class so I was comfortable on the machine, but there were a couple times I wasn't sure if my form was correct. Overall the class was challenging but not impossible, and it went by pretty quickly. The price for a class for new clients is $15. Parking lot is shared and on the smaller side so it's best to give yourself some extra time to find a spot if need be. read more

She took the time to walk me through what was happening offer solutions and we ultimately ended up speaking quite often. I have received my shoes and they are fabulous. I am glad the time was taken. Most times things can be resolved if we just take the time to communicate and that is what Katherine did and worked to make it right. As they say it is not how you start it is how you finish. This is a great work out class. All of the instructors are really food but definitely look for classes with Meghan, Kenzie, Sam or Kristen. The cardio sculpt classes are the best as you get cardio and strength. Facilities are super nice and I love the megaformer. Before I started taking classes at SculptHouse, I was NOT a runner. Over time, however, it has gotten easier to run during CardioSculpt. I've even built enough endurance to run at a level 3 and 4! Classes don't get easier, but you will get stronger. I'm 30 classes in and my favorite leggings are loose on me. All the instructors push you and give you tips on improving on both machines. I've even met a few friends here! I highly recommend adding SculptHouse to your workout routine! read more

I ordered a pair of sneakers from sculpthouse on December 30, 2030. Received a confirmation of the purchase that day at 2:09 pm. Then received another email shortly after same day that my item was getting ready for shipment. Today January 3, 2024 I get a email that my order was canceled. I called to inquire and was told the sneakers were sold out and sometimes that happens. When I made the purchase online it showed the item was available. I guess when purchasing online there's no guarantee the item is in stock. Not happy about that. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I'm an avid solidcore member and no rookie to high level cardio/Pilates classes. I walked in (a POC) and was not greeted and immediately told that I had to reschedule the class because I walked in at 4:22 for a 4:30 class. Mind you, it's IMPOSSIBLE to find the location and me and two other girls were walking around the parking lot for 15 min looking for it. We attempted to call (@4:15) and nobody answered. When I explained to the young lady that we were lost and I still wasn't late (plus I drove 50 min for the class) she stared at me blankly and Ignored me and I walked out. This place is NOT POC (person of color) friendly. If you want to be treated like crap by a bunch of twenty something Caucasian girls- go for it. Looking for a better workout? I think what makes SculptHouse stand out, is it's a community. Trainers introduce you to other people in your class and genuinely take an interest in your life outside the studio.
