Another nice aspect was the free recipe with spice packets, free chocolate tasting and free coffee grounds. All these were very tasty. So I have confidence their food was probably good, though we did not order any. The drinks were quite horrible. There were two of us who stopped in. One tried the spirit flight and the other the mead and kombucha flight. Nothing was good to either of us. I've never left a spirit behind, but this time I had to. The offerings were just terrible to taste. Hopefully they'll get some better local businesses to support their drink offerings in the future.

My kids gave us a gift certificate for a foodie tour pre-COVID and we were finally able to use it…read moreon Thursday. We met our tour guide, Abbie, in front of the police station and we instantly knew this would be a great day. Abbie shared stories about the area and guided us on things to do around town. We tasted food from several local establishments, got a free sample from Eventide And finished the tour with a flight of beer from the local brewery. We found a friend in Abbie too! The flavor was exceptional and I savored every bite. For my main I got their gnocchi dish. These were by far the lightest most fluffy gnocchi I have ever experienced. For desert I got a lemon cake that had a drizzle in the sponge to make sure it stayed moist and delicious. I would happily eat anything that comes out of this kitchen. Service: All of their wait staff was exceptional. They were courteous and went the extra mile to make dinner a fine dining experience. The only weak point was their hostess. I had a reservation but still had to wait ~15 minutes for a table after waiting ~5 minutes for the hostess to show up in the first place. Once the hostess was working again she regularly brushed past customers waiting in their overfilled waiting area and glared at people in her way. I understand her frustration but that is not an excuse to glare at customers. Ambiance: The waiting area was cramped but once we were seated the tables were spaced out enough that it didn't feel congested. There were lots of little nooks and crannies so each table had their own little area.
