Scheduling the appointment was easy, and they did a great job with my car. I love my maintenance-included lease almost as much as I love my Mini itself. The only downside was that they were swamped, and as a result servicing my car took 3.5 hours instead of the anticipated two. On the bright side, the waiting area is comfortable, and they did a great job keeping me updated so I never felt forgotten about. They also threw in the not-included tire rotation to make up for it. Not a big deal-- next time I'll just schedule an appointment with a loaner instead of planning to sit and wait. I realized I was having problems with my BlueTooth while I was literally on my way out, and one of the employees was kind enough to help me get it sorted out. The also called me this morning to make sure everything was satisfactory. I shouldn't need service for my car soon, but when I do I won't have any qualms about returning to this location.

They presented me an estimate for almost $9,000! They said the entire roof needed replaced; no way to fix it. Thank God I refused to authorize the repair. I found another repair shop in Moon township for a second opinion. They told me all it needs is the motor needs replaced. Really??? They told the part would be approximately $1,300 and was coming from Germany and would take 7-10 days. No problem for me. When the car was finished, I went to pick it up and to my surprise, the part was actually a little less and they only charged me $250 in labor!!!! I saved over $7,500. This dealership needs to be avoided at all 'costs'. The repair shop that did my repair is, RK Industries, Moon township, Pa and they are family owned!

Phil was right on time, professional, personable and expedient. Truck was on the back of the flatbed with 5 minutes, we were dropping the truck off at the garage within 10 minutes and he had me back home 10 minutes after that. Bing, bang, bong. He made a painful experience pain free. Thanks Phil! This is an industry that can gouge every penny you have because you're at their mercy. Instead of realizing the tint would fail it, they made sure to do complete inspection then call us to say it failed and charge us the $74. If you cannot take one look at a vehicle and immediately know that it's gonna fail because of tint, I will assume you're uneducated or trying to rip people off. We will not be returning to EAC.

So grateful to know that the work was done by a certified, professional mechanic! My first experience (somewhere else-locally) was abysmal. I was charged for the testing, told they couldn't tell me what the problem was. That's pretty insane to me, I didn't realize you had to ask "can you read codes, diagnose any issues and do any repairs needed?" I naively thought that's what all mechanics do.
