They got me to sign the contract with the "get the tax rebate before it expires" line, then failed to install the solar panels by the end of the year. There is no reason that the project should not have been completed on time. I asked several times for updates and what they would do to remedy the situation but have not gotten any response from leadership. Very disappointed. The carport that they built is nice, but it would have been better if it had solar panels installed on it.

They installed a completely different system (18 Longi panels and a string inverter). Apart from the 3 fewer panels, they did not discuss the changes with me. The system that was installed was about $9000 cheaper than what was contracted. Yet, despite numerous requests for a new contract, they would not provide one. Instead, they said they wanted to keep the original contract and surreptitiously install the three remaining panels after the inspection. No mention of the much cheaper string inverter and bottom tier solar panels. Moreover, they left the system dysfunctional! After they stopped responding to my texts and phone calls, I had to hire a different solar company to rewire the system to get it working. I also had to pay the other company $5000 to switch out the inverters. BEWARE SOUTHEAST ENERGY SOLUTIONS! They are super sketchy.

The important part is the everything I was told by SunPath Solar to expect has been accurate, including the post install bills which have now come in from Georgia Power .They actually are down to what I was told they would be. I trusted this company and they have not disappointed. This is a large system for a residential rooftop array. It looks terrific on the roof- my architect better half and I both think it improves the look of the roof. The sophistication of the solar-plus- battery system is even better. After 20 plus years with no generator back up, the first power outage was a cause for celebration. We had to look on the phone app to see that the batteries had taken over. Just, wow! I have wanted to have solar for some years now just for the environmental benefit but working through SunPath Solar has allowed me to both help the environment and benefit my finances.
