I don't even know her name cause she has not cared to meet current customers and truly dive into the lives of the people around her. The drive through is completely and permanently closed along with two other teller stations. They prefer to have someone walk through the line with iPad rather than sit her at a window. Knowing full well she is unable to complete most of the customer requests with that device. BOA you are already getting our money can you at least treat us better in the process! Texell will nickel and dime you to death, so beware…read more The people are great, plenty of locations, their web banking isn't too shabby for a credit union, but be prepared to be nickel and dimed. They have done away with their policy of charging you $1.50 for using the debit card as a debit card at the register... they caught up with every other bank in the world, congrats. However, if you try to deposit coins at their branch, you will very likely get stuck paying 5% for the privilege. Literally paying them in order to deposit your U.S. cash. Also, if you go for a loan through them, beware. You will never get the rate they advertise, even if you have outstanding credit. If they advertise 0.99% on an auto loan, you have to know that it will be a 2.99% loan, to which they will discount 2% when you buy various services from them at the time of the loan. For example, you buy their overpriced, limited, extended warranty, you get a discount, buy their credit insurance, another discount, auto pay, another discount, etc. If you buy ALL their additional products (which will add thousands of $$ to your loan amount), then you will get the 0.99% rate. Chances are if you go with a dealership and let them run you through banks, you'll get a slightly higher rate (1.49%, for example) but without all the additional b.s. purchase requirements.
