They must be trained to be rude and believe everybody had to bank here. I went here one time to…read moremake several deposits and get change. I was given my receipts for my deposits but no change. I asked for my change order and the clerk held up my deposit slips and says rudely this is all you gave us. I said doesn't one of them say change order. He looked at them, didn't say anything, got my change order and threw it in the drive-through deposit box. No bag or anything. He snickered and didn't even say thank you. This wasn't the first time they've been rude or spoke excessively loud through the intercom like I'm deaf. I always dread when I have to go here.

I have not used them for loans nor do I use them for large money CDs or money market type accounts. The interest they offer are just not that competitive. But I keep checking with them cause you never know if they may run a special one day. This is however a good bank for a checking account for the whole family.
