Memories... memories…read more.. This is the Capital One Bank Branch where I opened my most recent checking account. My G-d it's been at least 7 years. No complaints here. Everyone has been nice and they get people in and out quickly. I haven't been here in a while, but the last time I went, they had one of those giant coin machines that you can dunk your hoarded pennies and nickels in. That thing is loud as all get up. But really handy as... you're inside of a bank. This is in the shopping center on Old Georgetown road with the new Not Your Average Joes, Quartermaine, Chipotle, Flippin' Pizza. The parking is pretty good, and if you would like to either celebrate or drink to forget after you to the bank... there's a beer and wine store 2 doors down. I stopped visiting this branch as much as I don't work across the street anymore, but I wouldn't hesitate to stop in and say hi. Everyone's super friendly.

Kelsey felt my anxiety, she stepped in and was extremely helpful, got me through this tedious process.

I've had this account for 8 months. They are located 45 min from me. In 8 months, I have had constant problems. The most frustrating one I have is that no one has ever answered the phone - not once in 8 months, meaning I have to go up there every time. It's finally gotten to the point where I am going to have3 to close my account there and go to a different bank. It's a pity BOA leadership hasn't looked to see this, but on Yelp every single one of their banks in my area in MD gets mostly 1 star.

Sometimes somebody comes to health and sometimes they don't see you so there is a doorbell there that you could bring. The manager is incredibly helpful and friendly. The teller was a little more dismissive and basically said you should've called for an appointment or scheduled it online. The manager immediately stepped in and said you couldn't be seen within 10 minutes. There's nothing to complain about really here, nor is there nothing to really celebrate about here.

Instead of a definitive plan to address the problem I got all kinds of but kissing, and two attempts to sell me a credit card. But my problem not appropriately addressed. Details below. I went into the branch asking for help with a $500 duplicate charge from a store I used my atm card at. (The store charged me once as an atm, then as a credit card. So the charge went through twice). Before the desk based teller would even address the issue I came in for she wanted to know why I wasn't using their % back card. Finally, after redirecting the teller, she looked up my info and basically told me that the transaction is between me and the store, however, the dispute was in. And at the end of the day it's the store who needs to resolve the issue. I told the desk teller I contacted the store and they can only see one charged not two. So how can we resolve this? Again, she intimated it's the store who has to address it. So basically I'll be loosing my $$. Not receiving a good answer i went outside and called the store back and got a store rep on the phone who said they would speak with the bank. So I went back in the bank and told the teller the store was on the phone to address the problem. The teller then literally put her nose in the air! And said she would not speak with them and walked into the back. This is a teller who is chronically desk based and spends all her time kissing you know what trying to upsell products. How come when you go into the bank with an actual problem they won't help you. I realize this Has to get taken care of on an auditing level, however, the tellers that work there could be a little more helpful when there's an actual problem and not stop trying to upsell you perhaps we could not have yelp. They can also learn how to be polite, not the fake polite when they're trying to sell you something but the actual polite that the rest of us have to have an our jobs. Why do banks get a pass. PNC just lost my next car loan and my next mortgage application. I hope eating my $500 was worth it.

The worst bank branch I've ever dealt with...The Latino lady managers are downright RUDE, the…read moreservice sucks, they act like you are doing them a favor, there are never enough cashiers for the lines, the female managers stand around and talk talk talk, I've seen them seriously rude to customers, a simple withdrawel is complicated because the tellers don't speak English well, or do not LISTEN to the customers's requests, and on and on. AVOID BANK OF AMERICA, this branch at all costs unless you want to be insulted and treated like cattle this gets NO STARS.
