They did want me to submit two job opportunities, to get an understanding of the roles I wanted to apply to, but by the time YNJ completed their services, those roles are obsolete. YNJ emphasizes their move toward AI- and tech-driven solutions, but this focus seems out of sync with recent hiring trends and feedback from recruiters nationwide, who have voiced growing concerns about the authenticity and accuracy of AI-generated materials (https://www.nytimes.com/2025/06/21/business/dealbook/ai-job-applications.html?smid=url-share). Unfortunately, that disconnect was evident in the documents I received.
