We've purchased rocks here for several of my rock-painting projects over the years, and we've always had a great experience, but yesterday's visit really stood out. When we first arrived, the gentleman in charge at the front was incredibly kind and patient. I didn't catch his name, but he took the time to explain exactly where we needed to go, how to select the rocks, and what we needed to do. He was so helpful and made the whole process easy. Once we got to the rock area, another gentleman with a mustache, who was operating one of the machines, came over and asked if we would like him to mix up the rocks so we could see some of the ones underneath. We said yes, and he took the time to do it for us. He absolutely did not have to, but because he did, we were able to find some much better rocks for our project! He then went a step further and showed us another area where there was a hose so we could wet the rocks and see their beautiful natural colors. That was such a helpful suggestion, especially since we were looking for specific rocks that we could paint and use as personalized wedding place settings. It may seem like a small thing, but those little moments of patience, helpfulness, and genuine customer service made such a difference to us. We were there for a special project, and these two gentlemen made the experience even more enjoyable. I've gotten rocks from U-Save Rockery for many different painting projects over the years, but this visit was especially memorable. Thank you, U-Save Rockery, for having employees who take the time to help customers and who are willing to go the extra mile. We truly appreciate you and wanted to make sure your wonderful customer service was recognized!

I guess he was in the back with another customer so I waited patiently for him to finish. When he was done, he was real brief with me and hurried to help the people that walked in after me. I told him I wasn't done but he still seemed focused on helping the other people. After looking up a price for a slab this guy clearly wasn't interested in satisfying the questions I walked in with. Not only did they not stock anything in inventory but their prices are high and had limited selection which was enough reason for me to not waste another minute in there. Normally I wanna do my part in supporting local small businesses but if this place closed down I can clearly see why.

From the very beginning, this company was unprofessional. Their representative had a terrible…read moreattitude and literally told us, "This is our price and our time take it or leave it." That alone should have been a warning sign. We scheduled delivery for 10:00 AM. On the day of the pour after everything was prepped and ready they called at 9:00 AM saying the truck would be late, arriving between 11:00-11:30. That turned into 11:45, then 12:00, and ultimately the truck didn't show up until around 12:30 over 2.5 hours late. Throughout this entire delay, communication was poor and constantly changing. To make matters worse, their office staff was rude and even threatened that if we didn't accept the load, they would simply send it elsewhere as if our project didn't matter. Completely unacceptable behavior on a scheduled pour day. The quality of the concrete was just as disappointing. Within 1-2 days, it began showing signs of crumbling and cracking clearly substandard material. On top of all that, they charged an extra $150 for just 20 minutes of "waiting time," despite the fact that they were the ones who caused significant delays. Calls for clarification were ignored, and customer service was nonexistent. Overall, this company is unreliable, unprofessional, and shows no respect for its customers. I strongly advise others to avoid using them.

We were recommended by another company to come here and I can see why. Homer was really patient with me and spent a lot of time with my husband and I in trying to find the right flooring. On top of that, Homer answered my concerns and questions via email too. He is just wonderful! My only advice is to not ever get Mohawk tecwood, natural linen oak. It's my fault. I tried to research and I picked it. Homer tried to steer us to better quality to hold up for everyday use, but I was dead set on this. I should have listened. I will be back and listen to Homer next time. Just love this place!

He was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Unfortunately, our experience with Shawn on the windows and doors side was the complete opposite. He often came across as condescending, seemed distracted and in a rush, and follow-up was poor. Customer service and communication were disappointing, and we were left wondering why someone with that attitude is in a customer-facing role. Based on my experience, I would happily recommend Homer for flooring, but I cannot say the same for the windows and doors department.
