When I reached out to Luis the owner, he became defensive and said he had proof that my roof was already damaged...if so, why would they continue to wash on a damaged roof?! We had pictures of our roof from when we purchased the house and even the roofing company that came out after the wash said it was due to the power wash. We found broken tiles on the ground and when my husband showed it to the worker that was sent, he just shrugged. I asked for the company insurance name to submit a claim but he refused to give me the information (lesson learned), I should have asked for the insurance information before they started in the job. We have had to pay $1600 in roof repairs and the rugs are left damaged.
