We also wanted an an estimate for a new humidifier, to change out the lavatory handles that had been installed backwards, replace a utility room faucet, and to do a general inspection of all the plumbing In our house. We have plans to add a new bathroom to our unfinished basement and he had good advice about that. The humidifier went in without a hitch! The handles on the lavatories were changed without a problem! The new utility sink faucet that was installed was a dream! My lavatory leaks though...these had to be tinkered wIth several times., on several different days. You are thinking, WHY FIVE STARS???? This is why! Our plumber came out several times, in a very timely manner, to make things right. He could have easily told us that this was a worse repair than what it was. He was unfailingly polite, and optimistic and got the leak problem solved. Everyone that I've talked to or dealt with at Mattioni Plumbing has been very profesdional and helpful. I look forward to calling them for our basement bathroom project because I am sure that they willl do it right, and more importantly, if there are any unforeseen problems, THEY WILL MAKE IT RIGHT!

The first time was a few months ago when he installed a new grinder pump for a toilet in our finished basement bathroom. The second was today, when he replaced a valve for a toilet in our first floor restroom. Both times he was warm, friendly, explained everything very well, offered discounts when appropriate but did not try to sell me things I didn't need, and provided quality parts and service. After some previous bad experiences, once we found Delaware Plumbing Professionals, we have been thrilled to have a provider we trust & we have referred others. Thank you!

Avoid this company at all costs! I called them during a highly stressful emergency when my sump…read morepump overflowed and my basement was actively flooding. When I called, they told me it would be a FREE ESTIMATE. However, another company happened to show up at the exact same time due to an online inquiry I had started. Because the other tech was already there looking at the pump, I sent the Delaware Plumbing tech away without him ever lifting a finger or doing a diagnosis. The tech immediately got aggressive and demanded a $65 dispatch fee just for pulling into my driveway. I NEVER signed anything agreeing to this fee, and I shouldn't have to pay a dime for a "free estimate" where zero work was done. When I refused to pay, things got disgusting. I called their office to sort it out and spoke to Linda, the woman who took my initial appointment. She was incredibly hostile and explicitly threatened to send me to collections over a measly $65! They even text-blasted a voice recording of my emergency phone call to my phone as a petty bullying tactic to scare me. Trying to extort and harass a homeowner while their house is actively flooding is predatory. These companies should be ashamed of themselves. It is disgusting--all about the money! Delaware Plumbing sucks. Linda and the rest of this company can kick rocks!

I will never use them again nor recommend them in local websites. On 8/15, I called and spoke to manager 'B' and asked about the cost for electrician 'R' to install two-(2) garage outside wall lights. 'B' said less than one hour. The first hour is $170 and it would be less than 1 hour for electrician 'R' to install the lights and that he would have some time to do something else. 'B' said nothing about sending an apprentice. On 8/18 'R' showed up however, he brought a apprentice. The apprentice shorted out a GFCI and it took 15 minutes to find the main GFCI. The bill stated: $170 for electrician $135 for trainee. $305 Total I had to pay for 2 people to do a ONE MAN JOB. Basically, I paid for the cost to train the apprentice. No one paid me to go to college. THIS WAS A ONE MAN JOB AND FOR A RESIDENTIAL SERVICE CALL. WHY DID CAMERON's SEND TWO-(2) PEOPLE. While Cameron's deducted $40 from the invoice, however if I did not complain, I would be stuck with full cost. How many residential customers foolishly pay to train Cameron's employees? An old IBEW union electrician's joke; How many electricians does it take to change a light bulb. TWO: ONE to hold the bulb and ONE to turn the ladder. Camerons is ignoring their responsibility of loyalty, openness & honesty to their residential customers.

The electricians and HVAC employees came on time and did a great job. I haven't seen the final cost yet, but the original price quote seemed fair for the type work done.
