The biggest thing was when I was done, nobody came to ring me up, but they didn't explain how to pay and leave a tip on their tablet they used for payment. I was seated at his station. I made it very clear that I wanted my nails coffin shaped. Which they were already coffin shaped I just needed them filed to make them sharper. He had to put one nail on due to one of my nails breaking. He gave me an attitude several times. He filed my nails then moved me over to get my feet done because he started doing someone else's nails. I came back to get them painted, with another woman who did my designs. (Tracy) I went to sit down and he yelled across the room saying "you're not done" so I went back to him so he could finish shaping. He was very rough... made it feel like my nail was gonna break off. He fought with me. After I spoke up stating that I didn't like the shape of them and he said you should of said something before I started... WHICH I DID! He rushed my nails because I was a little past closing time. I spoke up again saying I wanted mate top coat. He said " you can let her know" (Tracy) and then painted them anyways I got moved back over to Tracy because she did my design. I had no problems with her. Overall: my nails look horrible... I paid way to much. My nails are clumpy the shape is terrible. I later went home to try to reshape them... and there is no fixing them. I added my own gems and it made them more bearable. But unfortunately. I will NEVER come back here. Worst experience I ever had at a nail salon.

Because there was no shortage of staff, I was seen quickly and my nails were done within 45 minutes. And my nails looked good! I can't remember the name of my tech, but she was quick and concise and gave me exactly what I wanted. All too often, nail techs do what they think is best without listening and that wasn't the case here. I was only in the McMurray area temporarily so I don't know if I'll be back soon, but if I am, this will definitely be my go to nail place!
