Liz, the owner, is also simply delightful. She makes it easy to find what you need. Right now I'm super into the Meow Meow Tweet line of products there including juniper mint body oil that is perfect for right out of the shower post-shave leg happiness and a big ol' tangerine chapstick/lip balm sitting happily in my bedside drawer for overnight soft lips. (Plus I just got a second Frankincense and Flowers body oil today because...options...) The Winky Lux line of stuff (including fabulous whipped primer and shimmering eyeshadow) super floats my boat, and the Smith's Cult nail polishes and eyeliner are basically perfect--the nail polish is 8-free so I feel better about using it during pregnancy. My sister is obsessed with the glō primer with sunscreen, and I have recently also been converted to it. The Panier des Sens bath soap I got in January has lasted me several months and is incredibly fragrant and moisturizing enough to use for shaving in the shower. There is men's stuff, too! And Liz just came back from a buying trip to Italy where she said she found some awesome new stuff. Can't wait to go back and try! I went to 4-5 SB stores looking for the perfect shade of extensions, and unfortunately bought the wrong shade at the Brentwood SB. When I bought this first set, and found out after I went home that it was the wrong shade, I went to the Bridgeville SB. Mia took 15 minutes out of her time to walk me around the store, collecting supplies to dye the extension to the right shade, and walking me through everything I needed to do to dye the extensions to my shade. She even wrote down the steps that I needed to take because I had never dyed hair before! She was especially a life saver in this regard. I can't thank this team of consultants enough and I'm so happy with the extensions that I ultimately bought. I also can't recommend these girls enough if you have any questions, they go above and beyond in making the customer happy and making sure that they have everything that the customer needs. What stood out most was that this level of attention was directed only at me. Other customers in the store were left alone to shop, while multiple employees hovered near me and continued questioning me as I moved through different sections. I wasn't disruptive, I wasn't doing anything unusual, and I was there to make a purchase. The experience made me feel singled out and unwelcome, which is not how a customer should feel in a beauty store. I hope management takes this seriously and provides better training on how to assist customers without making them feel uncomfortable or profiled.

I also like the option of using the drive thru, especially when the weather isn't great. I've also used the photo service here several times with no issues. The only thing that I've noticed is that lines get long at checkout. It seems like the cashiers are short-staffed sometimes as they have to tend to both the photo counter and the main registers. For a busy location, you'd think corporate would know better!
