    Cheesesteak on wheat
    Rhonda M.

Hubby & I went here for the first time due to their advertised $4.99 cheese steak special. Unsurprisingly, there was a line at the counter & we waited about 10 minutes to place our order. We both got the cheese steak special on wheat/multigrain. It took about 15 minutes for our food to come out. I told them it was my first time ever eating at Penn Station & they brought me some complimentary fries. I appreciated the gesture but I didn't eat many of the fries since they looked & tasted overcooked. The cheese steak was pretty good. Hubby has eaten at Penn Station many times & really liked the cheese steak & fries. The service was polite & the location was clean. I might return if they have another special.

    Overcooked fries

Service was ok, food not so good. Asked for chicken in sub to be finely chopped and was given huge chunks of chicken. Also the fries were overcooked (tends to be a problem at a lot of Penn Station locations) so asked for them to be remade and cooked less. Second time they came out much better. I've eaten here a few times and the food is a bit hit or miss. Also this store tends to close earlier than their posted hours so you may not always find it open.

Everyone was so nice, going above any other Penn Station I've been to! Food was excellent! Glad to have a friendly, yummy place in Monroe.

Personally, I thought the regular amount of chicken was fine, but he is trying to maintain his weight, so..... Flavors? Yum!! Really plentiful portions and Tasted great! Perfect portions, great taste! (redundant, Who cares!) Nice vibes! Lighting, ambient volume, comfortable seats (not real cushiony but nice) Definitely worth a return visit! I'd recommend it to friends for sure.

Happy to see Northstar Cafe at Liberty Way and expanding from its Columbus roots. Love the ambiance…read morefair prices and fresh food. Although I like the Buddha bowl, thought I'd try the Northstar burger and chicken avocado sandwich. Today was a particularly warm day for March so they had the windows open which created a nice breeze. The line took a bit of time to get to the front but the staff was extremely nice and was able to make substitutions. There a lot of seating so whether you are a party of 1 or 8 there's plenty of areas to eat. The food took about 30 minutes to arrive with the kitchen backed up. There's a self serve water station so we relaxed and took in the ambiance. There's food emphasizes fresh ingredients and the burger and chicken sandwich did not disappoint. The burger is vegetarian friendly and comes with a good portion of kale slaw. The chicken sandwich was stacked tall and super filling. Would recommend to try!

Great new independent coffee shop and roaster!…read more Opened on March 04, 2024, Script is a warmly welcomed addition to the area. They don't overthink it. Their offerings are just right in coffee, pastries, and other beverage selections. Having heard about their forthcoming opening, I made it in on day 2. Steven allowed me to take pictures of the establishment and even answered a few questions for me. With a small number of actual roasters in the area, my secondary objective was to leave with a bag of beans. I chose the Tiger Joe beans and look forward to grinding them up at home and catching that tiger by the tail. Steven and the rest of the staff were warm and friendly to everyone who came in. I noticed something else Script has done really well by design. They made sure to have ample space for the crew to work behind the counter. With three or four Team members at a time working behind the counter, they don't have the need to fight for space and are not tripping over each other. For full clarity, they were busy while I was here, and even with the drive-thru, you didn't sense the chaos that you often find at many of the chain coffee shops. I also observed another sign of great service. Again, they were busy but not insane. That said, there was a wait for your order, but I'd say 5-7 minutes or less. There was a couple who had to leave quickly and did not have time to wait for their order. They mentioned it to Steven, and he immediately apologized for the wait, came around to the front, and handed them free drink cards for next time. Each person was thanked and apologized to for the wait when receiving their order. The appreciation was genuine. Would I go back? Without a doubt. I'm eager to try my Tiger Joe beans at home and will likely add to this when I give that a whirl As I write this, my Vanilla Latte is getting cold, so I'm out!

Script Coffee...best coffee in Lebanon?…read more Staff is very nice. 10/10 Drink menu seems small? A bit lacking. Selection of breakfast foods, nothing marked gluten free. :( Didn't really know what to order, so went with a PSL. It was quite similar to one at Starbucks. Low on autumnal flavors, heavy on burnt coffee notes. I didn't even finish it. The best part of it was the latte's temperature. They were out of chai...maybe that is the highlight of the menu? If you want an exceptional coffee, Lot 1 is your best bet. If you want matcha, try the strawberry matcha at Greenhouse Café, or go to The Cedar Shack when they are open! Might try Script's cold brew next time, but might just go to Lot 1 :)
