The pine straw that was delivered by Gomez was free of debris, but it was dyed red and got bright red dust all over my freshly painted white brick, all over my driveway, and the red dye/powder was so bad that we had to throw away my shoes and clothes after putting it down because it wouldn't wash out. It should be noted I ordered regular undyed pine straw and even used multiple neighbors addresses as examples to describe exactly what I wanted. I contacted the company after the order issue and within a few days George called me back. He explained that someone in the office made an error and sent me the red pine straw that none of my neighbors use but that my HOA uses for the main areas. He sent one of the workers out to pick up the remaining roll I had and to refund the 1 roll that they picked up. He further advised that the red dye would not harm all our freshly done landscaping and sprinkler system. I have mixed feelings about this company. I am disappointed that they made the mistake in the first place and of course charged me for and gave me the more expensive pine straw that I didn't want. But I do give them credit for taking accountability and not making excuses. I plan to give them one more try when it's time to freshen up our pine straw and allow them the chance to get a 4 or 5 star and keep our business.

It was a transfer unit to our generator that had a fried resistor. I called Pan American and sent a picture of the fried part to Patrick who sent out their technician, Adam, who replaced it on the spot. Then Patrick, went way above the call of duty and explained that our original Generac installer had put this panel in, but Generac does not recommend it; they recommend a hard-wired connection. Patrick said, if this happened again to get the AC company to hard-wire so that when the generator came on during a power outage, and the AC was on, this wouldn't happen again. Great work!
