When I simply called the salon to tell them I was finally coming up for air...the owner was down right rude, unprofessional and mean and she told me I signed a contract that stated I only had 5 days to come back in. I explained my situation with my sick children and told her I had no control over their illnesses. She didn't want to hear it. She was not willing to work with me and she was happy to send away an unhappy customer. She did assure me she would charge me to correct my hair since it was 5 days past my original hair appointment.
