I explained my situation with my sick children and told her I had no control over their illnesses. She didn't want to hear it. She was not willing to work with me and she was happy to send away an unhappy customer. She did assure me she would charge me to correct my hair since it was 5 days past my original hair appointment. I didn't feel rushed and the salon is really nice, right on Main St. in Kingston Springs. I thought the price was beyond reasonable for a wash, cut and style and now wish I had tipped more than 20% - next time. I didn't really look at my cut until I got home and could really check it out. I am thrilled with my hair and I know it's going to be easy for me to keep it up.
