The quality of the work was 5 stars. no ifs ands or buts. hole fixed, ceiling painted no fuss no muss no mess. It looks great. The office paperwork side was less so. it was a 2 maybe a 3. It was hard to get an estimate, e-mails sent were apparently missed, the office staff was disorganized- and I'm being polite. it was disorganized to the point I felt like they didn't want my business. and setting a date for the work was only marginally less stressful than Noah booking seats on the ark. When the workmen showed up, they had no work order, I got no receipt or anything at all, and they barely spoke English leading to a few misunderstandings. So the work was absolutely first rate but my God, it was a challenge getting it going.

To be honest, the only reason we went elsewhere was because we needed a good bit of painting done at the same time and was able to combine into one contractor. Luis was EXCEPTIONALLY responsive, and quick to offer to come out and take a look at the project. He was friendly, kind, personable, and even made it a point to spend time with our pets before he left.
