They do great entertainment for kids, and the kids are in good spirits. I recommend them!…read more See Tammy and Katerina, I kept my word. I hope to see you again.

Really didn't like this place for the following reasons. 1…read more I find their way of caring for children, very 2 Dimensional. They seem to have a single set way and thats how its done. They don't care for the individual needs of each child and if the child doesn't seem to grasp certain things as soon then they are punished. Example being; my daughter kept wetting in her diaper. I informed staff that she doesn't wear a diaper anywhere else other then daycare (this they enforced) and she doesnt wet anywhere else. The continued to refuse her to be without a diaper and punished her when she wet in it. She would be made to sit in the main office every time she had a accident and even the lower level staff said it was very unfair and that my daughter was starting to withdraw. it was painful to watch until i just stopped bringing in diapers and stopped her wearing them. And of course she stopped wetting herself! who would have thought i would have known best. i guess the final straw come when they attempted to charge us $500 extra for their summer camp. i'm already paying $1200 a month so i asked them what the $500 was going towards as all of their summer camp events were free such as water play or a trip to the local park. I was told that my daughter could sit in the main office during the summer camp if we didn't want to pay for these free events. (like she hadn't already been traumatised by the main office). i informed them i was happy to pay but if i'm paying $500 extra, could i have a breakdown as to what i'm paying for? Again they dodged the question and said that i could withdraw her for summer camp. We found an amazing camp at Big oak Summer camp which was so so amazing and we even saved $300 a month so we withdrew her for the summer but was told she would have to leave before graduation! So my little girl never got to graduate from daycare because of this petty issue. Anyway, when it was time to return at he end of summer we asked when the start date was, where we were informed that my daughter had now lost her place at the day care and we would have to wait for an opening!!! We of course were never informed of this and didn't even receive a closing or a goodbye. that was it..... gone! I still have my key to access the building!!! my experience was so terrible with this place from start to finish but it really was a blessing in disguise. I realised i brought my daughter here because they were cheaper but that was very irresponsible of me because i really got what i paid for. My daughter now goes to a much better daycare which cost more but is AMAZING!!! If i can help one family out by this review then ill be happy.

I'm writing this to share an honest experience for other families who may not fully understand how…read moreprivate school policies can impact them during difficult times. My children attended this school and were happy there. It was the only school they had known, and they had built relationships, routines, and a sense of stability within that environment. When our family experienced financial hardship due to job loss, we were no longer able to meet the tuition requirements. As a result, our children were asked to leave. I understand that private schools operate as businesses and rely on tuition. However, what was difficult was the lack of flexibility, support, or transition planning for the children. The process felt abrupt, and there was little acknowledgment of the emotional impact on them. For young children, being removed from their school environment is not just a logistical change, it's a significant emotional disruption. That part did not seem to be considered in how the situation was handled. I'm sharing this so other parents are aware: If your financial situation changes, there may be limited options, and the outcome can be immediate. If you are considering this school, I would encourage you to ask detailed questions about: -financial aid policies during unexpected hardship -transition support if a family can no longer afford tuition -how the school supports children emotionally in those situations The education itself may be strong, but families should understand the full picture before committing.

We have been a Chapin family for eleven years…read more My older daughter had attended Chapin since pre-k and graduated last year. She was more than ready to take on the challenges of secondary school. Her freshman year was an academic success! Throughout her years at Chapin, she has grown to be an independent, well-rounded individual. She's not afraid to email teachers about assignments, ask questions when she is uncertain about something discussed during class, or voice her opinion about anything. We owe those positive attributes to Chapin. My younger daughter has also attended Chapin since pre-k. She continues to amaze us with how much she's learned in just a short amount of time. We owe that to the excellent Chapin teachers who not only educate their students but also care about their growth and development. My husband and I are excited for my little one to experience all that Chapin has to offer in the coming years. Chapin is an extraordinary school. The decision to send our children here is one of the best decisions that my husband and I have ever made.
