Super clean and spacious restrooms with high ceilings and a fan for plenty of air circulation. The view outside is gorgeous. Great place to stop and rest for a bit.

Probably the best rest stop I've encountered. Extra clean, information center, clean and equipped restrooms, vending machines galore, maps and traveling booklets and a breathtaking view. Great place to make a quick stop or an hour stop to stretch legs and eat something.

One of the best welcome centers I've been to regardless if I'm traveling during the day or night. Always well lit with security through out the parking lot and grounds. Everything here always seems so clean, from the parking lot all the way to the bathrooms. The vending machines are stocked and full of different choices. They always seem to be handing out free coffee to people, not just holidays.

This tourist information centre located a couple of miles south of the NY - PA border on Route 15, within 17miles of crossing NY-PA border. This place sits overlooking a reservoir and has a full view of the area below (Tioga). The washrooms are clean and well maintained. The staff here are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The best part of this is the log structure that houses it- feels like a mountain cabin. I wish it was accessible from both directions because of the area views. I look forward to this rest stop every time I enter PA. Lots of parking for buses and transports, with vending machines for sofas, snacks, water. Although it's an info place, would be nice to see local products/ artists setting up stalls to sell goods.. they do have a small interpretation section on the history and products produced, along with free copies of local magazines and newspapers. Definitely stop by if passing through.

Very nice rest stop. Very clean inside. Take a few minutes to look at the scenic view on the backside of the building.
