The minor issues were related to a U-Haul website issue between my reservation drop off location (offered at a discount) and what was allowed/available at time of pick up (alternate location was not offered so I ended up paying more). The other issue was a misunderstanding on number of furniture pads. Given the owner's efforts to address these issue I would highly recommend this location as they actually take pride in making sure you are satisfied

I needed to store and then move them to New York the following week and I just thought this would be the most cost effective way. The day came, I stop by to pick up and pay for my reserved container and trailer with absolute ease and a friendly smile. (Above average service by far from previous experiences with U-Haul but nothing off the charts noteworthy.) Off I went only to discover that I had grossly underestimated the size of the load: Apparently 22 cabinets is not the appropriate number for one container (ha who would have thought! I'm 27 and didn't listen to my grandparents!) Already invested & uncertain as to my next move, we drove right back to U-Haul (1 hr after pick up) and promptly sat down with Robert to discuss what options I had. We settled on a 15ft moving truck headed one way and we were back in business within half an hour. As the details on my rental agreement are private, I can tell you how much I appreciated him taking the time to make me and my grandparents comfortable with the switch. Not only was his service and staff friendly and efficient, his team went out of the way to assist in the switch and refunded the 7 day rental of the storage container and trailer. If all of this wasn't above and beyond, in the middle of a busy day, with plenty of other customers and employees needing his time and attention he never made us feel rushed. & made sure everyone else was promptly being helped as well. As the daughter of a family run business I pay strong attention to all of these factors because this kinda of customer service is exactly what sets businesses apart; his comment in between flawless multitasking to the effect that "it's the regulars that keep this all afloat" made his actions and his demeanor that much more stellar: I was not a regular and he went out of his way to make my sure my day and my experience was seamless. When someone appreciates their job it really shines through. This man needs a raise or at least one heck of a holiday bonus! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Worked with Ryan to purchase a track loader and excavator. Both machines came to us with immediate…read moreissues which needed resolved despite the fact that we told Ryan we would be taking the machine to the mountains in TN. My husband picked up the first machine and made it 20 miles before blowing a tire on the trailer. The trailer which Ryan assured us would be perfect to get the machine to TN on. A few months later after picking up the excavator and a sketchy drive to TN, we find the trailer has 2 different sets of tires on it and not only are they different but they are not even across from each other but diagonal! And Ryan has the nerve to say "those are the same tires it came from the factory with- I don't know how that could have happened." Complete lie- anyone using the trailer before we purchased it would have had the same issues with trailering and the issue would have been found- or, even more basic- INSPECT YOUR MACHINES, YOUR TRAILERS, AND YOUR SAFETY EQUIPMENT that is utilized for moving the machine. Then after the tire issue, we go to use the excavator and there is a hydraulic issue and we are unable. The machine has to go back on the sketchy trailer and returned to Bobcat. During all this, we find a coupler is damaged and needs replaced- damaged on a machine WE NEVER USED. It is a $140 fix. After attempting to contact Ryan by phone, we had to send an email to which he finally responded when he realized how angry we were with over $150k in machines, inability to use them, unsafe driving conditions, and a repair that in no way should be necessary unless Ryan at Bobcat of Tri- county is not inspecting machines and equipment he is selling. Ryan was rude and condescending on the phone- his words in an exasperated tone "Well what do you want me to do about it- it wasn't broken when it left here" and trying to justify why this isn't his issue and he isn't here to take care of his customers. If you want consistent issues and lack of follow up regardless of the major safety issues caused then shop here with Ryan- otherwise, if you want reliable, safe equipment, that works when you need it to- shop somewhere else!

I went nearly an hour away to the Mount Orab Bobcat dealership for service and regret having ever given the other one my business. Mt Orab gets five stars though.
