Rob created a BIG problem during $1800 of work to my car, leaves me stranded for 5-6 days, and blames the customer for the problem. He knows this bad review is coming, horrible treatment from this shop. Treats me like a villain over the phone - will not take payment over the phone because I am a "new" customer. How much hassle are you going to give your new customers? Never heard of such treatment. Will never return, as I now have to spend significant more $$ to have ANOTHER shop fix what they caused.

My first rental of a van back in October resulted in a large piece of plastic from the back of the van, flying off on the highway. Thank God no one was hurt. They apologized and I never reported the incident to U-haul, which was a mistake. My second rental with them this weekend, they overcharged me for a second day, although I had the truck for about 8 hours. When I called to complain, I was told that it 'was stupid on my part' to put down 7 pm for return, but return it after 7 pm. Rude, Unprofessional and Dangerous, since they obviously do no safety checking on their trucks. plenty of other choices locally, don't rent here!

I had a hitch installed on my Golf Sportwagen about a month ago. There was a lot of labor involved…read morebecause the bumper cover tail lamps and rear reinforcement all had to come off. The installation took about 3 hours but they only charged me for one and the price installed for the hitch with wiring was reasonable. When the vehicle was on the ramp my abs light was on. The tech explained to me that u haul has a insurance policy and they would cover it if the vehicle had to go back to VW. Fortunately when they took the vehicle off the ramp the light went out. Even though I didn't need it I was put at ease that they would cover it if there ever was a problem. I would highly recommend.
