The only thing this place can do to improve is get new people to work there and then get better cars. Oh and when you pay money to rent a midsize car, they will give you a smaller car but not adjust the price and lie to you in your face and tell you that the car they gave you is midsize. Totally put me at ease and was super helpful. Ive used Uhaul in the past and I usually get this truck with a ripped interior patched up by duct tape made in the 80's. I received a 2018 Penske truck with 3k miles and drove like a dream. I'd highly recommend Penske and this location in the future

The line is always back to the front door and there are maybe two people working. I chose this location because it's closest to my house. But it truly is much faster just to drive to a Home Depot. Unfortunately, I was forced to use this location yesterday as a last resort after my initial reservation fell through. I rent from U-Haul weekly and have never encountered such disgusting, aggressive behavior. Robert is incredibly hostile, interrogates customers, and demanded to know what I was hauling. He literally yelled in my face, "I can speak over you!" and ultimately refused my rental out of spite because I asked why he questions what I will be hauling every time I come to his store. To put the cherry on top of his power trip, he actually called the Sheriff's Department on us. No other U-Haul representative has EVER asked me these questions in the two years I have used this company. He is an aggressive power-tripper who should not be working with the public, especially women. I will be escalating this with corporate to the fullest extent. Avoid this place at all costs!

I get there. No good news. None of the equipment I reserved was in the truck. I had left. I went back. Worse news. None of the equipment I reserved was available. I'm moving TODAY and this is totally unacceptable. They offered to SELL me the equipment they had. I requested an accommodation for the items to be free since their lack of inventory is there issue. The General manager would not accommodate at all. His excuse: they cannot offer equipment free of charge because that is how they keep inventory. I told him, I mean, you aren't keeping track of inventory anyways. I told them to remove those costs and rented the equipment last minute at Home Depot. Luckily they had what I needed and actually provided great customer service. This place does not. The man receiving back the truck also gave me attitude because I parked the vehicle in a parking spot instead of 5 feet away from his intake line. My bad? I'll pull it out, turn it back on, and move it 5 feet. Cool man. I asked for an itemized receipt and they could barely get it together behind the desk to figure it out.
