I was able to purchase 10 new medium moving boxes for $16 + tax. I thought the purchase was very reasonable. The clerk said I could return any boxes I didn't use as long as I showed her the receipt. Did you know U-Haul gives away free used boxes? So if you're looking to save $ on boxes, see what they have on hand.

The agreement was for him to mail the tag back to me as soon as the post office opened on the following Monday morning. No tag received by July 3rd. I sent a message via Facebook Messenger. Dylan responded saying he had a "hectic week" and assured me that he would get it in the mail on "Monday morning". No tag and no update by August 23rd. So I sent another message via Facebook Messenger. No response at all this time. I called the company number listed online and spoke with Dylan on the phone. He assured me that he would get it mailed out and would give me an update when he did. Today is March 17th 2026 and still no tag in sight. No update from Dylan. I would find somewhere else to do business. This guy is obviously not very trustworthy.

I loaded my rental truck with alot of things, and thought I'd be done quickly because there was an elevator. I got there with a 26 foot loaded truck, and discovered ... NO WORKING ELEVATOR! When i asked i found out the elevator had been out since early this year, 2022. I asked the manager why they didn't tell me. Her response astounded me! "Well, the storage room building is full", as if that answered me question. At the same time she gave me a horrible attitude. I moved everything in using a complete day that was exhausting! No choice. I moved everything out in august. Still no elevator. As i was moving out, i asked another renter about the elevator, it has been out since early 2021 at the least. Check if the elevator works before you commit. Don't expect great service from the manager.

I needed storage in the area, and I found this storage company online…read more I moved in through the website, I received a confirmation email with all the details and I also received a phone call from one of the representatives confirming I had everything I needed to move in. When I drove up to the facility it looks spectacular from the hwy 29. My code worked, I found my unit with the green tag just as the representative advised me. The unit was super clean , the climate control hallway was clean the facility is well lit at night! My move her was just perfect! I have stored other places but this facility by far is one of the nicest in the area, I would even say In the state!

You can also rent a parking spot for a trailer or RV too and get all of your packing materials right there. Gate code access is easy both in and out and they also have moving trucks to rent if you need them!
