The other car was stuck on his ball on the bumper so they hooked her car up to see if could get it removed. At that time the tow driver was yanking causing my sons truck to slide. When it finally came unstuck my son's bumper was completely destroyed from the pulling. Damage to the tail gate from where other car was hitting back and forth when he was pulling. Also cause damage to the rocker panel on passenger side. There would have only been minor damage from Collison but due the damage by your company they totaled the truck.
