***September 21, 2016*** The experience we have had (still ongoing) is so bad that I don't even know where to begin! They have had our car for a month, 30 days, and they finally called for us to pick it up. We get there and guess what, it looks like complete garbage! GARBAGE! I don't know if they think a 19y/o and their mother doesn't "know any better" or what but they picked the wrong ones to pin garbage work on! I worked in the automotive field for years and have been around paint and body for years as well. I know what pitting and garbage in paint looks like when I see it! So saying that the pitting is from the previous paint job (only paint job previous was from the factory when the car was built) is unacceptable! What's also unacceptable is after having the car for a MONTH, 1) the garbage IN the paint on the hood that is so unaligned that one side is almost a half inch higher goes unnoticed until I point it ALL out, 2) BOTH front fenders have so much pitting in the paint from a horribly crappy sand job. Not only did they say it was from a previous paint job (keep in mind the only paint job had only been done when the car was built) but when I told them it had never had a paint job after the factory, he changed it to it not being pitting in the paint but it's where they painted over rock chips! ROCK CHIPS?!! Really?!! On both fender TOPS but not on the hood, top of the car, windshield, or anywhere else?!! 3) the bumper they put on and painted is about a quarter of an inch higher than paint anywhere else on the car (once again another horrible sanding job), 4) there's places on the high points of the bumper that are black, not silver like the color of the car, (both #3 & 4 are being put on my insurance company authorizing an after market number) 5) the airbag light that was not on before or after the crash, came on while the car was in their possession was not addressed until AFTER everything was suppose to be finished so it took another week before "complete", 6) the power cord from the amp is cut and of course they blame it on the dealership Omg, the list can go on but at this point of you want them to do your paint and body work, you're just going to settle for a horrible job and I wish you the best of luck! As for me and my family, we will never use them for anything ever again! ****IF they make this right, I will update accordingly!!**** ***Thursday, September 22, 2016*** The insurance adjuster and I looked over my car today and I have to say it makes a HUGE difference when these people are dealing with a man instead of a woman! Funny thing about that, it's usually the women that talk and tell their friends about the experience they've had, especially in the military communities! I.e. Military spouse/wives Facebook pages are BIG in this area and we (women in general) normally don't take kindly to be treated as the lesser! Another funny thing.... After the insurance adjuster pointed out the SAME thing as I did yesterday, they agreed that it was something that needed to be fixed/replaced! This place is an absolute joke! ***Monday, September 26, 2016*** Day #35!!!!! It's still NOT done correctly!!!!! I don't know what kind of people y'all have "working" up there but they are the worst paint and body people ever! I would have had better luck paying a bunch of landscapers, daycare workers, sign holders, hell anyone, to fix the car! It better be correct tomorrow or I will be getting attorneys involved! ***Wednesday, September 28, 2016**** Day #37..... We finally accepted that our car would never be done properly at Eagle Paint & Body. We paid the $500 deductible and brought it home with paint MISSING on the new hood, more trash in the paint than we could ever try to explain, the headlight still not adjusted/lined up correctly, the bracket that attaches the arm that holds the hood up is completely broken (wasn't broken at any point before day #37) so that is now an unexpected safety issue until we pay the dealership to fix what Eagle broke, new scratches in the brand new bumper that they replaced and painted, and the list goes on! We are baffled at how y'all are still in business! Unbelievably dissatisfied and extremely pissed does not begin to explain how we feel about this place and our experience! ***Monday October 3, 2016*** The car is back at at y'alls place because the A/C that worked before the wreck, didn't work when we picked it up after being there all this time! Never in my life have I been so dissatisfied and pissed at a business! And to top it off, telling me that the rental y'all are providing is a COURTESY to us, was the most disrespectful comment ever made to me! It's taken me a little over a week to write this review because I am still in awe!! I am so grateful to Mr. Brooks and the team for helping me get my door fixed! I talked with several other companies even another "popular" one and was flat out told "yeah, I'm going to let you know now, we're going to charge you more for labor." While the honesty was appreciated, isn't it insane that you can't go somewhere where you know you can expect quality work and not feel cheated? Well Eagle Paint and Body is IT! This was the first experience I've had where I needed body work done and I was feeling defeated until I found Eagle Paint and Body! I would recommend this place to anyone who asked & anyone who doesn't really. Very fast responses and very honest and upfront as well. Not very show-boatish where the quality doesn't match. My truck looks like I just got it! I even had a scuff on the other side that Mr. Brooks and the team helped fix as well which they did not have to do. I recently needed body work from a hit and run on my WRX but was hesitant to trust it with just any body shop. I searched pretty much every body shop from Thomson to North Augusta and the reviews for Eagle Paint and Body stood out well above the rest. I decided to choose them and I must say I was not at all disappointed. The paint match was fantastic, the bumper replacement was seamless, and the service was superb. They replaced the bumper and the missing passenger side mudflap and even replaced the missing bolt for my existing driver side mudflap for me. My car came back looking just as good as the day I first got it. The staff was very friendly, took social distancing seriously, and provided regular repair updates almost on a daily basis. The costs were reasonable and each portion was explained so I knew exactly how much everything would cost. I only hand wash my car and do all the mods and engine maintenance myself. They even checked with me first to make sure I wanted to wash my car myself. I really appreciated that. My experience at Eagle was fantastic! From the beginning, the customer service was phenomenal. Barbara at the front desk was kind and helpful. And Brooks was not only professional and easy to work with, he quoted me at the lowest price (by far) of the four body shops I visited. Brooks completed the entire damage assessment and paperwork in less than ten minutes. Turnaround time was speedy. I brought my car in Tuesday afternoon, and it was ready for pickup Friday morning. Scheduling the initial appointment was easy and fast: I called on Friday evening and Eagle was ready for a Monday drop-off. The work on the repair was seamless. I'm no expert, but the work looks quality and I cannot tell the difference between now and when I initially purchased the car. Other shops spoke at great length about the difficulty of the location of the spot, the type of paint that would need to be ordered, and the wait time required. I recently called Eagle Auto Repair about getting the hood of my brand-new Trailblazer repaired due to clear coat issues. The gentleman I spoke with was incredibly helpful and suggested that I reach out to my dealer to check if the paint was covered under warranty. It turns out it was! Without his advice, I would have paid out of pocket for the repair, assuming that paint issues were my responsibility after purchase. I called several shops in the area, and Eagle Auto Repair was the only one to recommend exploring a warranty repair. This shows they genuinely care about their customers and aren't just out to get your money. The quote I received for the hood paint job was very reasonable and much lower than other shops in the area. If I need any other body or paint work in the future, I will definitely go back to Eagle. Additionally, I was referred to Eagle by Rapid Restoration Auto Detail, the best detailer in the CSRA. Their recommendation was spot on! read more

I wanted to modify the lift on my truck, and wanted to make sure not to change the drive of the vehicle. Their are so many truck accessories places in Augusta who promise work done right, but my decision was easy EAGLE XTREME Eagle made sure that every part was compatible with my lift and too extra measures to make sure my ride was not compromised. Eagle also fabricated custom parts that no one wanted to tackle. The work was done above any of my expectations, and the technician called me with every decision, and made sure I was in the loop. I took my car to Eagle Paint and Body. Someone hit it yesterday, the front piece was falling off. I have had alot go wrong lately. This is my only car. Brooks took the time to listen to me. He told me he would try his best to fix it. He did. Then he drove me to work and dropped me off, and came back and picked me up. He has a heart of gold. He is the nicest man in Evans. I was up in this area doing some work and I needed to find a good quick body shop to do some work on my wife's car, I went to three different shops but from the moment I walked into Eagle paint and body, and the owner kindly met me at the door with a good firm handshake, right then I knew I was in the right spot, not to mention they had a significant amount of work to do on the car they had it done in two weeks and there is no way at all you could tell that he had been wrecked. My wife pulled in front of another car crossing across two lanes but didn't know there was an additional turning lane. A neighbor had had good results with Eagle Paint and Body, so we took our 2010 Avalanche there to repair the passenger side front of the truck. They were very easy to work with.
