Thank goodness we stopped at a church and a nice man checked the oil and told us to follow him to a local place where we brought oil and he added it. I am not sure what was done but the oil was not changed correctly. I spoke to the manager of service and he did make it right. I kept going back to get my car serviced for a while, but then started going to Apex as it was more conveniently located. Just recently, I started going back to Raleigh since crossroads no longer owned the Apex Infiniti. This particular time I called about being on the way to pick up Vehicle. It was close to closing and we were on the way. The person on the other end of line was very rude(I guess they were ready to go home And close down before 6 PM) and he actually ended up hanging up on me. I called the manager to let him know about my experience and he told me he would "talk to him". Totally unacceptable for a luxury brand service. I have gotten my vehicle serviced every single time (since I've had it) at the Infinity car dealership. Sadly, that will be changing as I will not be treated that way when I'm going to get my vehicle worked on it, was the last straw for me if you don't want to have your car break down after being serviced and be hung up on, do not use Raleigh Infiniti for service

My car was parked in a parking space, and I wasn't near it when an unlicensed driver backed into it. Amica is my insurer, and I used them both times, and they could subrogate. The first accident, I had more updates on the progress and damage, and the car was completed in 13 days--the second time, even though there was less damage, it took almost as long. The updates were not as often. I realize that this is a busy shop. But the work done is great and guaranteed.

I have a Tesla which they "inspect" in literally 2 minutes. The black man with the Afro fuss the BALLS off me about how he don't do inspections after 4:45pm. Totally uncalled for. I waited approximately 20 minutes altogether including waiting in a small line. The staff were friendly and super quick with inspections. Purchasing a new car isnt fun, but working with Thurmond was a smooth, and zero stress environment. My young adult daughter had her sights on one specific car after mnths of searching and she was ready to purchase that one, and ONLY that one and the car had not even got the lot yet. I wasn't giving her money for it. She had to afford it all by herself. I told her Id do the haggling for her and I was not looking forward to that feeling if worked a double in a rock quarry dealing with a car salesman. End result, we drove off the lot with THE car she wanted, papers signed and we felt great! She had just signed away thousands of dollars, years of payments in her name to this dealership and we felt we'd made a great decision to purchase from here. Capital Mazda may not know how big of a gold mine they have in this employee. I hope they invest in Thurmond because dealerships have bad reputations due to salesmen that are a dime a dozen. Thurmond had to put up with hours of my multiple questions for a solid 5 days and by the time we left the dealership we felt OUR time and money was well spent here and ready to buy my own car from them. I never had trouble reaching Thurmond. He was reliable, good energy, he was focused on us, I never felt pressured or rushed and he did a good job leading us to closure. I can see it when I look back now. The deal was fair, and really important--Thurmond actually likes his job so I have to compliment his management team. Great salespeople are a reflection of the culture and leadership they have and it was evident management respects and works in tandem with their people. Johnathon especially. There was a manager who seemed a bit scary/gruff at first, but was actually kind & professional so in the end the dealership was well rounded IMO. Ask for Thurmond. He is a breath of fresh air in today's environment. We are purchasing our next car thru Capital Mazda......unless Thurmond switches job sites.
