Please see our complaint below which is exactly what we sent the owner. The owner called us yelling saying we were liars & refused to respond to the email. I would NEVER EVER give this company my money again even if it were the only option! To Whom It May Concern, We're disappointed to say the least with the services we received from your company on 9/5/14. There were several issues with our experience with you. First, when our guests boarded the bus they immediately complained about the temperature. It was hot on the bus although the driver said the air was turned up to the max. The air was blowing from the ceiling of the bus & remained in the ceiling of the bus. We made many attempts to adjust the "vents" to feel comfortable but were unsuccessful. The "air" was not cooling below where we were so we were sweating immensely which RUINED all of our hair. We have several pictures & videos of our guests fanning themselves. Second, one of our guests had to sit in the front with the driver where it was even hotter & give the driver turn by turn directions since his gps was no good. This was after we were headed in a completely wrong direction. Third, there was a speaker that had sound breaking in & out with loud distracting static which eventually died leaving all of the sound in the back. Fourth, while loading the bus to our second destination the driver had to turn the key several times before it started. Fifth, the pole included with the bus was loose & the bride (whom we were honoring) almost injured herself. This was extremely disappointing because the pole was the reason we went with your company instead of many others. Sixth & last, one of our guest sat down & the seat fell apart as seen below. Needless to say this experience was embarrassing for us who provided the transportation & for that reason we returned to our destination early (2:24 AM). The only good thing about the experience was that the driver was pleasant & apologetic. I called to make a formal complaint & was told I would receive a call back Monday and did not receive that call. We did not receive what was advertised & should receive a refund. This is my 2nd email & we have called 3 times concerning these issues. They receive 1 star because I was unable to post without selecting at least 1. HORRIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND…read more Our Hummer limo was the worst part of our wedding day by far. The reasons are as follows: 1. The heat in the limo was broken and unable to be fixed by our driver. It was 30 degrees on our wedding day. We FROZE inside the limo. 2. The electric was also broken and unable to be fixed by our driver. We had no radio, no lights, no tvs. 3. The driver made no effort to fix any of the aforementioned problems. 4. Due to the lack of heat (and inability to "warm up" in the limo) we had to cut our wedding pictures short by over an hour. We'll never get that time back and first class limos has essentially ruined 1/2 my wedding pictures because we weren't able to take them. 5. They never contacted me to apoligize or make the situation right. 6. When I finally contacted them, they called me a liar and told me I was wrong about the weather and all of the malfunctions. I had to threaten to have my photographers and everyone in the limo write statements saying that I was telling the truth before they would offer me a refund. I only got 1/2 my money back, even though the entire limo was malfunctioning. 7. The manager then told me that had the driver called maintenance, they would have either sent out a technician (during our ceremony, would have been fixed before we left for pictures) or they would have walked the driver through how to fix the limo. Overall, this was the most negative experience I have ever had with a limo company and would suggest going anywhere else. I would NEVER use them again.

After booking I was kept informed by email and text to the date, pick-up time, and also to verify the agreed upon price. The day before I was emailed with the drivers name and again assured that they would be there at the specified time. The day of the service I was emailed and texted that the driver, John was in route. John arrived early, introduced himself and asked if we needed anything special. He was very professional, friendly, and the vehicle was immaculate. John transported by wife and her friend to Rocket Arena and gave them his phone number in case they needed to contact him for any reason. He also told them where he would be once the concert was over and exactly what exit to come out of. Once the concert was over he texted by wife to reaffirm where he was at and inform her he was waiting. They exited, got in the vehicle and John brought them back. Both my wife and her friend praised John saying how courteous, professional, and attentive he was. I have been looking for a limousine service for well over two years as the company I used to use was purchased and the new owners are far from professional and their equipment is not dependable. Statement Limousine has ended my search, they are now my go to service for executive car and limousine transportation. I called and left a voice mail stating if she didn't go get them I was calling the police and she finally answered and said she was at dollar general. It was like 11 pm so no she was not.... she picked them up finally after being stranded for a couple hours and took them back home 3 hours early. Then refused to give any money back. So unless you want your party ruined dont book here. Completely ridiculous and rude owners.

He was better than just professional. All of the guests talked about how friendly he was. Old school, classy, at your service limo driver. One of the key things I appreciate in customer service is when the experience is not about the people giving the service. We were all in our own little worlds at the wedding, and Gene didn't take any of that away from us. It is only after looking back that we realize how he worked (behind the scenes) to make our night special. LAnd at the end of the night, my wife and I got stuck with a surprise errand. We had to take home all the food from anderhaven. Gene helped us load up the car, and he helped us take it into our hotel. The Lincoln MKT was fantastic, btw. Classy car, smooth, always kept clean. The car was clean everything and it worked and it was great transportation to and from Sapphire Creek winery for our anniversary. I don't want to call exactly how much it was but I want to say that it was about 250 bucks round trip for him to come pick us up and pick some of our friends up and take us about half hour away wait on us and then bring us back home. I found the uniformed driver waiting outside my house with an umbrella and offered to carry my bags for me. When you are getting picked up at the airport, you can expect to find the driver waiting for you at the baggage claim with a sign. If you checked a bag they will know what carousal you are at and will carry your bags to the car if needed. The cars are always freshly detailed, and you overall get a much higher level of service. All of their cars are the highest level of trim typically with seat heaters and leather seats in the back. My favorite is the Lincoln Continental. For a little bit more experience the finer things in life, arrive in style, and quit stressing.
