I found the uniformed driver waiting outside my house with an umbrella and offered to carry my bags for me. When you are getting picked up at the airport, you can expect to find the driver waiting for you at the baggage claim with a sign. If you checked a bag they will know what carousal you are at and will carry your bags to the car if needed. The cars are always freshly detailed, and you overall get a much higher level of service. All of their cars are the highest level of trim typically with seat heaters and leather seats in the back. My favorite is the Lincoln Continental. I purchased the Yelp deal. My driver would not accept the deal, claiming that "we don't take Yelp…read moreanymore" and "they take too much." He then instructed me to pay a second time by credit card and request a refund from Yelp. I calmly told him that we won't pay for a service a second time (especially without a written guarantee that we would receive the refund--I checked before asserting my position) and that it is their responsibility to remove the Yelp deal, not my own as the consumer. He refused and I also refused, so he yelled and said "fine, it's a free ride and you've wasted my time." Multiple times I tried to have him click "deal claimed" or whatever that text is on my phone so he still received payment, but he refused. After being told to just "get out" and having our bags forcefully removed (he was frustrated, I get it), I filed a refund claim with Yelp. After this claim was processed today, he called my relative who used the service the day prior to scream at her for our actions. I really don't know what else to say, but that this entire situation could have been resolved by his acceptance of the offer his company makes through Yelp (they had agency in this decision) and then handle removing the offer from Yelp with the company directly. His calling my relative was uncalled for, unprofessional and a form of harassment. Everything else about the ride was perfect. He was on time, got us to the airport promptly, and this would otherwise have been a four or five star ride. If you're paying by cash or card, perhaps it's worth riding with them. Though, the harassment makes me feel unsafe and uncomfortable truly recommending them to anyone.
