After giving them my credentials, and the specifics of what kind of work I was looking for, I was told that their agents would be contacting me with appropriate job openings. Well, they contacted me, but with jobs that were not only not what I was looking for, but that were way, WAY below my qualifications and pay grade. I mean, I have a graduate degree, and one of the jobs I was offered was (I kid you not) working in a factory that stamps out the colored foil that goes around potted plants! But that wasn't the worst of it. A few months later, my "contact person" at Leddy called me up at home, and the conversation went like this: "Hi J., this is *so-and-so.* I just wanted to let you know that I'm not working at Leddy Group anymore, but on my way out, I grabbed your client file and a few others, and I'm gonna use them to start my own temp business. Call me!" Can you say shady? Needless to say, that was the last that Leddy group will ever see or hear from me.

Yes I have to wait until September of next year. Well after 2 years of searching whats another right? I found them to be too pushy for my liking and constantly tried to get me to take jobs far away or beneath my desired pay scale. The recruiter I worked with more or less ceased offering me job slots after I refused a job interview HE thought was great. I ended up finding a job on my own. These are individuals with college educations, great work experience, etc. To top it off (and I suppose this should have tipped me off right away) the recruiters that work there look like they just fell off the potato wagon. If you reach out to them they will have you come in for an interview, tell you that they have nothing available and that it is going to be hard finding you anything in the salary range you desire (even though the range is certainly not unreasonable). Then, you guessed it, you will never hear back from them AGAIN. Which is probably a good thing. Please, do yourself a favor and don't bother with them to begin with. You deserve better, you truly do.

They might call once, but there is no follow up, and I have yet to get any satisfaction from their people when it comes to following up positions that they supposedly have available on their website. I spoke with a representative three weeks ago about a position and was told that they would get back to me shortly. Guess what? I never heard back from them. Perhaps it's my fault for not calling them DAILY to remind them that they are supposed to be providing a service, but I have been to busy doing my own legwork. They're totally useless if you ask me.
